"Just returned from our Trip to Mbale that was fully customized by The spot Hotel. Everything was on plan, Emma acted very professional in selecting and organizing our rooms for a our stay at the Hotel. Early morning we had a mouth watering breakfast at the Spot Cafe with breathtaking views to the city. I really must say it was so delicious. Their accommodation is so unmatched well with fully furnished rooms, very spacious with WI-FI. Security wasn't nothing to worry about our Valuables. I would surely Highly recommend The spot Hotel for a stay in Mbale City."

"Stayed in this lovely situated hotel for 5 nights. Spacious, tidy and well-equipped rooms. With free WiFi, minibar, hairdryer, rain shower with cold & hot running water. "The hotel customer service was excellent, we are Ugandans and love purr local food, the food was excellent. The hotel room was very basic, did not meet our expectations of a 'delux' room. There was no where to unpack and hang clothes, no waste bin, only one chair in the room. However all in all it was a functional room. The tour guide Joel was excellent going above and beyond to make our hike and tour of Sipi falls memorable."

"A lovely stay here with friends. I doubt I have ever heard more birdcalls ever in a single walk. Lovely work that the Management has done with trees and shrubbery, allowing them their full expression. An eco theme for this resort would be a natural next step, with a focus on indigenous flora species. I love rooms with mountain views and I got a lovely one, Room 318. Management and customer care for the hotel is above average for Uganda. More to be done though. Food is great and shows a lot of thought. The hot water in the showers is hot hot and endless. The bath linen should be upped. Bed linen was fine. Loved this and will be happy to do this again. I must knock the hotel for not placing in the room the fine Arabica coffee that this region is known for. Who said in-room coffee must be instant?"

"Una estancia de noche muy agradable. Linda habitación no. 31 en la parte superior de las escaleras, con vistas al monte Elgon y los jardines. Super cómoda cama con redes de mosquito y mesa de ventana. Linda baño y ducha y secador de pelo! Super barman Geofrey - quien me presentó a Uganda gin. Nice piscina, piscina bar y servicio de jardín. Restaurante es bueno, un poco lento en la noche porque era tan ocupado. El desayuno era estilo buffet pero bueno, con el segundo mejor mandaz de nuestro test de sabor. Parking. Una buena ruta de corriente alrededor de Mbale y seguro para correr fuera del hotel."

"I always try to bet the rating 10, even if there were minuscules, but it was smoothed by the acceptable benignness of the staff. There was no benignness here. Food is expensive and unflavorable. Other places for the same price huge portions and was very deliciously prepared. The room was constantly running the pipe, which distracted from sleep. Wi-Fi was not stable, you had to ask for it somewhere. Isn't wi-fi for guests? He wasn't in the room, but also in the restaurant he wasn't always. Well, finally the light was only early in the morning and late in the evening a couple of hours, hot water is the same. High price is absolutely not in line with quality. The second time wouldn't stop here"
