Location is good. Walking distance to a mega grocery mart but I think they closes at 1900hrs. Walking distance to nandos and kfc. Service is really good. Wide spread of breakfast. Safe location. Overall one of the very good stay and experience from my entire trip and most luxurious one!

Just not happy about the incident that happened on my second day at the restaurant
So far, very unpleasant experience. Eswatini is the 119th country I travel to. I stay in many different hotels weekly both for work and leisure. And only here, for an early check-in (3 hours) they asked for for a fee of more than half of what I payed for the room per night. Which for obvious reasons I refused to pay. The hotel is clearly not full, people are not accomodating and I am tired. At this point, I don't care what the hotel looks like, what the room looks like nor anything else. Still sitting and waiting for a damn room. Thank you for ruining my day.

Very nice experience ! Bedroom were spacious clean and very comfortable , easy access to swimming pool and gym . Service was good. They just have to take care more on arrival of the client. Nobody there to help unloading the suitcases and golf bags .

Staying at HGI Mbabane always a pleasure for me. Staff always smiling, attentive and welcoming. Efficient at check in and check out too. Shuttle to and from airport does not disappoint. Always happy to stay there. Will happily recommend to others.

This hotel is outstanding, especially for the price. Parking was free and on site. The staff were excellent - really friendly and helpful. Our room was excellent, especially the bathroom which was large, modern and very clean. The air-conditioning wasn't working when we arrived, but within an hour of reporting it, it had been fixed, with the maintenance man giving us regular updates - we were really impressed. The restaurant was outstanding. Breakfast was extensive and great quality, and dinner was excellent. My partner said her veg curry was one of the best she'd had, and I really enjoyed my veg lasagne. The hotel is even fabulous to look at, especially from the lobby with its impressive atrium. We loved our 1-night stay here and thought it was outstanding value for money.

No-nonsense business hotel. Everything works as it should, is clean and in good nick. Internet excellent, breakfast good, lovely staff. Overall a nice sanctuary and my only complaint was that they were full for part of my stay so I had to go elsewhere.

The front desk personnel were rude and arrogant and I have reported the same in full details to the Duty Manager whom came around at the breakfast venue. However, there were exemplary staff members around like Mezi, Wonder with The concierge and the maintenance technician whom I have forgotten his name. Housekeeping wise, there were patches of dark mold in the shower areas. (Room 710) and the paper drapery was wrinkled and derailed which I have reported to the front desk. Last but not least, the front desk has missed one of the three wake up calls being requested.

At first it is an impressive building, in the center of the city.It was very clean,the room was excelent and comfortable. The staff very serviceable and polite. Note that there is nothing interesting surround the hotel to visit. There is a small market in the hotel.

The hotel is excellently placed in the city, making it easier to travel around to meetings, and to town in case you need additional supplies from the shops. The location is perfect for business meetings, breakfast, luncheons and dinner with clients. The cherry on top for me was the iron and ironing board in my room making it easier to get ready for my business meetings

It is definitely the best hotel in Mbabane, but the size of the rooms is for a three star hotel. Furthermore, the rooms have some maintenance problems and the problem of not being able to use the television as a screen from my laptop, Netflix or YouTube makes me want to stay in an Airbnb more and more.
