Valoraciones de Gocce di Capri Resort

Este hotel es una auténtica pena, no sé por qué tiene una puntuación de 4,3. Para evitar que alguien pueda ser engañado y realizar un pedido, describiré en detalle los problemas de este hotel: 1⃣️Ubicación psicodélica: El viaje de mi familia y yo al sur de Italia fue alquilar un coche en Nápoles primero, luego conducir a Pompeya-Sorrento-Positano-Amalfi-Ravello, y finalmente regresar a Nápoles para devolver el coche y luego volar a Francia. El viaje total es de 4 días y 3 noches. Como a mi familia y a mí realmente no nos gusta el itinerario de las fuerzas especiales, queremos elegir un hotel con la ubicación más adecuada donde podamos quedarnos durante 3 noches consecutivas, conducir todos los días y tener tiempo libre. Al buscar hoteles en Lento en Ctrip, este hotel es la principal recomendación en la página de inicio de Ctrip. Pero en realidad este hotel no está en Sorrento, sino en una ladera a las afueras de la ciudad, sin nada alrededor. Aunque el hotel está a menos de 13 kilómetros de Sorrento en línea recta, se tarda 40 minutos en llegar y el camino está lleno de sinuosas carreteras de montaña. Se tarda menos de una hora en coche desde Sorrento a Positano, pero 70 minutos en coche desde este hotel hasta Positano. Cuando sales del hotel, sin importar a dónde vayas, tienes que conducir durante media hora por carreteras de montaña con curvas antes de poder llegar a la carretera principal. Estoy tan borracho. Me gustaría preguntarle a Ctrip, ¿por qué ponen un hotel tan inconveniente en la parte superior de la lista de promoción? A la hora de reservar un hotel durante un viaje, la recomendación de la plataforma es un factor importante que muchas personas tendrán en cuenta. Ctrip, ¿podrías prestar más atención y no defraudar a tus clientes? 2⃣️Mala habitación: Esta vez reservé una habitación de lujo con vista al mar, de planta abierta, que costó casi 2.000 por noche, y la habitación era como un simple B&B. El balcón que se describe en la descripción de la habitación es simplemente una broma. Hay un pequeño espacio abierto cuando se abre la puerta, con insectos arrastrándose por allí. Hay una mesa allí y hay un pequeño camino frente a ella. No hay ni un solo escalón. ¿Cómo puedes llamarlo balcón? El baño no estaba del todo limpio, olía mal y había telarañas y polvo en el alféizar de la ventana. La habitación estaba llena de polvo por todas partes. Después de dormir toda la noche, mi rinitis se activó de inmediato. Estornudaba todo el tiempo y era muy vergonzoso. Fui a Sorrento a comprar medicamentos temprano a la mañana siguiente. Debo decir que las fotos de las habitaciones que se suben a la plataforma están optimizadas al extremo, casi alcanzando a la IA. Mi familia y yo hicimos el pedido porque nos parecieron buenas las fotos. Si estas imágenes las proporciona el propio hotel, ¿podéis vosotros, Ctrip, verificarlas? 3⃣️Situación indignante: No hay señal de teléfono móvil ni de wifi en la habitación. No sé si los extranjeros pueden tolerar esta situación, pero creo que los chinos no pueden tolerarla. Cuando regresé a la habitación del hotel por la noche, me di cuenta de que mi teléfono móvil no tenía señal. Quise ir a la recepción para cambiarme de habitación, pero me di cuenta de que el personal había salido del trabajo después de las 8 p. m. y no había nadie de guardia. Solo podía quedarme afuera de la puerta de recepción para responder mensajes (solo aquí había señal WiFi completa). Luego, cuando fui allí más tarde, encontré a dos extranjeros también allí usando sus computadoras portátiles para navegar por Internet. Entonces, es un fenómeno común que no haya señal en la habitación. Pobre de mí, trabajé como guardia de seguridad durante más de dos horas en la noche del 30 de septiembre (debido a la diferencia horaria, ya era 1 de octubre en China y era mi cumpleaños el Día Nacional, así que tenía que hacer y recibir llamadas y enviar y recibir mensajes). Fui a la recepción para quejarme, pero la empleada se limitó a hacer pucheros y pedir disculpas, luego se encogió de hombros y sacudió la cabeza para decir que no había nada que pudiera hacer. A pesar de que estaba lleno, no había lugar para cambiarme. Fue absolutamente increíble. Hubo otros dos problemas intolerables cuando fui a reclamar: uno era que el cabezal de la ducha en la parte superior del baño solo arrojaba agua fría, sin importar cómo lo ajustara, siempre salía agua fría. Al final, solo pude enjuagarme rápidamente con el cabezal de la ducha de mano, que tenía una temperatura de agua normal pero no se podía arreglar. ¡Soy una bola de fuego! En segundo lugar, no había ninguna colcha en la habitación, sólo dos capas de sábanas en la cama. La primera noche, cuando nos enteramos de que no había colcha, la recepción había terminado su jornada laboral y a nadie le importó, así que mi familia y yo dormimos sobre las sábanas con batas de baño cubriéndonos. Al día siguiente le pedí a la señora de la limpieza una colcha y me trajo un trozo de algodón sin funda. Me enojé muchísimo. ¿Cómo puede un hotel como éste, que no tiene nada de bueno, seguir abierto? ¡Hace tiempo que debería haber cerrado! Para resumirlo en una frase, el hotel está lejos de todo y es complicado moverse por él (es básicamente imposible moverse sin conducir), y el hardware y el software son ridículamente malos. Realmente no puedo pensar en ninguna razón por la que este hotel pueda estar en el primer puesto de la lista de recomendaciones. ¡Mi viaje gratis de 4 días al sur de Italia + cumpleaños se arruinó! Entonces, después de ver mi experiencia personal, ¡bloquee este hotel inmediatamente y no vuelva a cometer el mismo error!

Hotel estilo pueblo en la montaña El traslado desde y hacia el hotel hasta la ciudad es complicado. No hay servicio de Uber ni de taxis y la reserva a través del hotel es cara. El restaurante del hotel es increíble, especialmente la pizza y la pasta. La piscina era espaciosa y profunda, el ambiente era genial y los niños estaban encantados.

Fuera de los lugares turísticos más concurridos, comida increíble, vista impresionante de la isla de Capri, habitaciones limpias y el personal es único y servicial. Por cierto, gran selección de vinos de la región de Campania.

Great hotel, friendly helpful whenever needed, very clean and good sized pool. Restaurant has great food waiters are friendly Antonio served us a few times always smiling. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I would go back again. Thank you for a great week.

Thank you so so much for an amazing stay. We loved the place, the view and everything about it. Be ready for a place a bit further in the countryside with cosy apartments and rooms. The staff was really helpful when I needed medical help. We did not try the pool BUT next time we come, we will stay longer and have more fun around.

The best thing about this resort is the staff. They couldn't be more friendly or helpful. They don't sweat the small stuff (taking a bowl of fresh fruit back to our apartment after breakfast; checking out at 12pm rather than 10.30am) and they sorted out problems instantly (Leaky shower. No problem. 5 minutes later a handyman fixed it. Mattress not the most comfortable. No problem. We'll get a brand new topper) The second thing is the location. I always worry when it says sea views it will be possible to see the sea by leaning out of the bathroom window or something similar. Not here. There are unrestricted views over the sea to Capri, even in the cheaper apartments like we had. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. We cooked a couple of simple meals and made lunches each day. The village nearby is a little gem. It has a great corner shop with fresh produce and most other things you could need. Incredibly for a tiny place there are a couple of great places to eat. We went to Eugenes. It is sort of "grandma's kitchen". The food was inexpensive but delicious. The house wine at €4 for half a litre was more than acceptable. One warning. This is a remote location. You either need a car (and the confidence to drive around the cliff edges) or to rely on the buses to Sorrento. They are infrequent but we found them reliable. The only real problem was that the last one left Sorrento at 8.15pm. No late nights out! Taxis are €70 each way not £16-19 as Google said when we booked. It is at least half an hour into Sorrento and can take an hour to get home. We loved this holiday. We'd recommend the resort to anyone who wants a getaway to this exquisite part of Italy.

Our memories of Gocce Di Capri shall stay with us always. Exceptional friendly staff who welcome you like family. A resort like no other so relaxing, quiet and not far away from other well known scenic locations. We relaxed everyday enjoying the beautiful views across to Capri, Ischia and Procida. Both restaurants were wonderful with a great choice of menu. Enjoy the local wines from the region. Our favourite days were relaxing by the pool as the sun sets over Capri… Thank you so much for making our vacation so special looking forward to retuning again soon. Lovely friendly, family owned hotel with amazing views of Capri. I think that this is one of the best value accommodations in the area. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony and views of capri. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful. From check- to check-out and everything in-between the staff were fantastic. The pool is a real gem, however the restaurant is excellent too. We ate here a few times as the food was probably the best that we ate on the Amalfi coast and the Steak was the best I've ever eaten. Special mention for the breakfast too, 12 Euros for an absolute ton of food is really good on the Amalfi. Rather than choose individual items the waiter just bought us a selection of everything. The bar-staff were so good and the cocktails are really good value. We will return one day Simon

Myself and my fiancé spent 7 wonderful nights here and had a great time. Staff are very friendly and helpful, plus food in the cafe bar and restaurant are delicious. The room we stayed in could do with an update but it did the job and was very clean. It seems they are updating rooms at the resort since many of them are brand new. We will definitely stay here again as we are getting married in 2026 in the area.

Just back from a wonderful week at Gocce di Capri and missing it already! The hotel is in a beautiful spot, so relaxed with stunning views over the Amalfi and perfect after a hectic day of sightseeing. Made sure to have a pool day and just chilled with a limonchello spritz or two while getting lost in the views. Our apartment was a great size with a fantastic balcony and again those all important views. The only negative i couldnsay is the apartment could do with an update but that aside it was perfect. The restaurant is a must visit, with delicious freshly prepared dishes. The breakfast in the upstairs was a great way to start our day and for €12 it would be hard to beat! The best part of our stay was the team! Everyone was just so friendly and couldn't do enough to help make our stay a wonderful experience.

For several years now, I have been spending my holidays in this enchanting place, nestled in a breathtaking natural setting that offers spectacular views and unparalleled tranquility. That being said, the true strength of this establishment is the staff, which sets it apart from the surrounding accommodations. From the moment of arrival to departure, the staff ( receptionists, bar and cleaning staff) is extremely friendly, attentive, and responsive to guests' needs. I would even say they make you feel like family. Their dedication and genuine desire to make the stay as comfortable as possible more than compensate for the structural shortcomings, which could benefit from some improvements to enhance the quality of life. Without the extraordinary and caring team that takes care of Gocce di Capri, the experience would be entirely different. Their warmth transforms an already beautiful place into one you wish to return to, stay at, and never leave.

We ate lunch here and used the pool for a day. The service was great and the food was delicious. We had lost of drinks here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is the closest point to capri on the mainland and absolutely beautiful. It is difficult to get to but worth it once there.

Ciao, we had a great time in this wonderful hotel. We booked an appartment (300) which was a bit oversized to our surprise, but with a great and private terrazza. From every side you have an amazing view on Capri and the sunset, even from the shower 😃 . The room was not serviced (appartment) but when we asked for it, they immediately Cleaned and changed towels. For the price, the room needs modernisation, but it adds to the charm. The whole atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly. In a personal way. I recommand a visit to Nerano and the nice walk from Termini to punto Campanella. Beautiful views. The restaurant is very good and i can recommand it. If you want to go out, nearby is Eughenes, basic but delicious. Thanks for the nice stay.
