Canary Garden Club

I was recommended the Canary Gardens by my mum and auntie who have both stayed and was not disappointed! The cleanliness was outstanding and the grounds were immaculate at all times. Friendly staff service and the breakfasts in particular were excellent. Would definitely come back!

Many people have said they were unable to get afternoon cake. It is served between 3-4 pm from the pool bar you just have to ask. It is kept to there to save spoiling and waste. I have been to this hotel several times and never found any other snacks although you can order from the pool bar menu from 12-4pm so I suppose no need for snacks.

The Tripadvisor reviews don’t lie, why the Canary Gardens is 3 star is a mystery to me. The bungalows are so well looked after, the cleaning crew do an amazing job. Food is really, really good. I have stayed in 5 star plus hotels where the food has not been to this standard. Drinks are not branded but are of a good standard, I can vouch for the gin and beer 😀. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and they all work so hard. We will be back for sure.

If you want a chilled out holiday, book here we had two bungalows that were near each other. 6/4 & 4/2. First impression was very good. Check in was easy and quick . All of the reception staff very very friendly and helpful. Easy to find our bungalows. Free WiFi ,netflix and safe. The bungalow was well equipped with everything you needed if you went self catering. ( We were all inclusive). You had a double and single bed in one room, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Living room had a small kitchen in it. Bathroom was big, lovely shower. Hairdryer in bathroom. Patio had a table with two chairs, table and two sun loungers. Pool area was good never had to get up early for sunbeds. Don't know what it would be like in the height of season. But having sun beds out side the bungalow we used them. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Lunch you ordered at the pool bar, need more than one staff at a time as could see being chaos at the high of season. Dinner was not too bad. It was on at six to eight thirty. Which we found to be a bit early for us. Night entertainment was the usual hit and miss. Pool bar is open from eleven to eleven apart from it shuts during dinner time. The bar in dining room is open when dinner is on. Very clean place, gardens well looked after. If you have children from ages birth to teenagers, I wouldn't book here , as it's very quiet and not a lot around it. Also I couldn't have three adults in one bungalow, there wouldn't be much space. I think they should just be for two adults. What makes this place is the staff so friendly and polite. Always on the go. You can smoke at your bungalow and front of the hotel. We will back sometime. Amazing place. Clean with lovely friendly staff and amazing food. We have never returned to a resort even when we have really liked it- this year will be our 3rd visit! Sun loungers galore- just perfect .Paradise on a budget - would highly recommend

Would 100% come back! We went in Feb 24 and loved it- the price was very reasonable, the food was perfect. Very clean hotel and the sun loungers were comfy! You can book the Bali beds for £5 a day which was worth it. Great location, with the hotel being 5 minutes from Maspalomass in a taxi and 8 mins from playa del Inglés! Would highly recommend this hotel. All the staff work really hard, from the cleaners, bar staff, waitresses, lifeguard and the reception staff! 5 star would definitely come back!
