Very old hotel and not well kept. Location is ok, easy to find food

Location is good. Many eateries around the area and also very lively. Hotel seems nice. And room are good. All good. Will stay again.

Asked for refund but the staff due to wrongly booked but the staff said they not handle booking from online meanwhile the hotel only can approve free cancellation. Staff keep stalling by saying they will call back but they took forever to call back.

It's totally a scam. The onsite rooms are different from the picture. Both rooms we booked are totally smoky. They masked it by spraying those lemon air freshener. We requested to change room, guess what, it's the same musky, smoky rooms. The comments and ratings definitely were fakes. I hope this message gets out to travellers. Trip.com also never get back to me on refund. The rooms are totally not inhibitable.

Extremely strong cigarette smell in the room We checked in as a family, but were immediately greeted by a very strong smell of cigarette smoke in our room. It felt as if someone had just finished smoking right before we entered. Even after leaving the windows wide open for a long time, the odor persisted. What’s worse is that after returning home, I realized all the clothes I brought back now smell like cigarettes. This is very disappointing for a family stay. I hope the hotel improves its non-smoking policy enforcement and deep cleaning process.

Rubbish from previous guests were not removed. Toilet was stained everywhere. Toilet door lock was broken. On the 2nd night the there was a blackout for over 1 hour. Although not entirely the hotel's fault, no offer was made to compensate. Will try not to stay there again.

The room smell was unbearable at times and the bed was very itchy to sleep on.

The room was dirty, the wall got stains, towel were torn, the only good thing is the AC was cold.
