Me ha gustado mucho al lado del aeropuerto , 5 minutos limpio y al lado del nec muy bien

Even though they are having renovations The room was perfect and the staff extremely helpful Cannot wait to go again

Very good location for the NEC. Literally 5minutes walk. If you walk outside the NEC on the other side some nice little venues to eat and shops. Only thing was the traffic noise at night. Was advised if we go again ask for the other side so quieter

This hotel is very well located for the train station and NEC. It is currently undergoing refurbishment but only during the day. The breakfast was good, has an onsite restaurant which was fine for a one night stay. The room was large and clean with a good shower and the TV worked. Tracey one of the staff members was great too, very welcoming and helpful.

Good hotel, currently being renovated and looking much better than before. Gym needs modernising.

Good location close to NEC and train station. There’s a covered walkway from the station. The walk to the station is a bit odd through industrial estate but had footpaths and was well signposted. Hotel room was clean with a comfy double bed. Only one pillow each though and too late to request another by the time we realised. Ate lunch in restaurant, only one staff member serving so very slow. Food was good though and also enjoyed breakfast; this was buffet style with a good selection. Overall would recommend this hotel if going to NEC.

Not that near about 15mins walk to Resort World Quiet hotel

Very convenient location near to NEC for a show, parking 24 hours paid for not to bad price and they have EV charging. Breakfast included. Everything necessary for a comfortable overnight stay and nothing to complain about.

Convenient for the NEC and airport, though note it’s around a 10-minute walk from the terminal, which can feel a bit long with luggage. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Good value for a short stay and I would stay again.

It was a great experience, friendly staff and clean rooms and great breakfast.

Room great but it was difficult to find it, especially that there is another Ibis nearby

Nice hotel, reception staff were always distracted doing something on the computer and were very stoic

Had an excellent and cosy stay at this hotel. Very near the train station, walking distanxe to bp pulse Live. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Hotel and rooms are very clean and equipped. Breakfast buffet is very good has sufficient choices and the ambiemce is relaxing. Will recommend this hotel.

Reception was welcoming and the breakfast staff were kind, positioned for travelling to the airport, odd place for a hotel among the convention halls but it was cheaper than their sister hotel nearer the airport.
