Fantastic stay, amazing staff lovely rooms extremely clean with the rooftop being the added bonus for us, jacuzzi with different options for lazing around, Highly recommended. Short walk to most things & only 15 minutes to the airport. Over all 10/10 experience for me and my Gf.

A fantastic riad in a great location. The decor is excellent and the staff are wonderful. The rooftop bar is a great place to hang-out and watch the sunset, and a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast. The small pool in the centre of the riad is a perfect and peaceful area to cool down after a hit day seeing g the sights. A great place to stay.

Amazing stay. Will definitely be going back. All staff were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much for them. It was so clean. The breakfast was lovely. The food the hotel serves was also delicious. Hot tub on the terrace is a great addition. Karaoke if you fancy it and the staff get involved too! (Jawad and Hassan you have great voices!) Great place to base yourself in Marrakech. I still can’t get over how perfect it was. Thank you Nicolas and the whole Anyssates team! We will see you again!

We absolutely loved our stay here, me and my friend came for a few days to see what Marrakech had to offer, this was the perfect base for that, the staff members were friendly and welcoming and attended to all our requests, including helping book day trips or transport to/from the airport! I would highly recommend staying here if you’re in the city. The only small negatives would be the pool is very cold and depending on your needs for breakfast it may not for your liking as there isn’t anything warm.

I highly recommend Riad Anyssates! The staff really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. It was some of the best service I've ever experienced. The rooms and hotel are beautiful and it's in a great location - very easy to walk around the medina. The spa and hammam treatments are also fantastic and very relaxing. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Marrakech.

The Riad is beautifully decorated and we found the location ideal - short walk from both the central Medina square and the newer town, although may be a bit far for some. Breakfast is fresh and a decent selection. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, especially Hassan. We would not return because the shower in the Josephine room was just awful. It was a shower over bath, but the position of the shower head and lack of any shower screen meant that water just totally floods the bathroom every time you have a shower. The staff at first said it was normal. I then complained again as it became dangerous, and we were offered an alternative room. The owner really needs to sort that out, as I’m not the first to mention it.

Absolutely fabulous stay. The decor was the perfect mix of traditional and modern, staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond especially Nicolas. Lovely extra touches included such as free welcome tea and snacks. Perfectly clean and great location. 5 stars!

Stay away from this Riad. I made a reservation to stay at this Riad. On arrival at 10pm, there was no one at the Riad. We waited, for 45mins rang their landline, without any success. Imagine travelling from London to a foreign country in the middle of the night and not speaking the language of the host country. That was my experience, and to make matters worse, the Riad Anyssates has taken money out of my bank account, for a service they did not provide. Absolute joke.
