Elegancia Riad Boutique & Spa

We found a piece of heaven in Marrakech and fell in love! We wanted to stay in a Riad that would be intimate, hospitable, and offer a slice of Moroccan life and Riad Elegancia delivered above and beyond our expectations. Mohammed was there from the beginning to ensure our stay would be unforgettable. From securing our airport transport to the Riad before we arrived and being there once our driver, Youssef, dropped us off near the Riad. During our ride, Youssef explained about Marrakech like a mini-tour wetting our appetite. He also provided us with some other rides and also with plenty of great commentary and fun conversations. First, the Riad itself is beautiful! It just has an amazing, cozy vibe with such ornate and intricate artwork adorning its interior. Although, like the rest of old Marrakech (Medina), it's a bit of a maze getting around and to the Riad but very quickly we got our bearings. Also, there was always someone to help us get around if needed. Second, the staff at Riad Elegancia is the most helpful, friendliest, and warm people we've had the pleasure to meet. They are simply sensational. They all went out of their way, always, to ensure we were taken care of and had the best possible experience. We especially wanted to acknowledge Majda at the front desk who was extremely kind and provided so much guidance for our stay! Also, we would like to thank the following people who individually and together made our visit to the Riad wonderful. Front desk: Mohammed, Majda, Abderahim, and Achraf for aiding us in whatever we needed. Housekeeping: Karima and Saida for keeping our room clean and confortable. Restaurant: Said, Reda, and Zahra for getting up early with us and starting our day with a fabulous breakfast. Spa: Soad (massage), Soukaina (massage) and Aicha (hammam) for allowing us to relax and be on cloud nine. Finally, it's because of this wonderful staff and special place that we felt we were home away from home! We highly recommend Riad Elegancia for your next trip to Marrakech!!

The staff are welcoming and courteous and the place is nice, truly elegant and comfortable! It’s clean and their breakfast is super yummy. Their pool is inviting , the decor are tasteful and amenities are good . Mohammed their manager is always accommodating to guests , courteous and certainly makes you feel welcomed. We recently stayed at Riad Elegancia and had an exceptional experience. The service was top-notch, with the staff treating us like family from the moment we arrived. The Riad is impeccably designed and renovated. The location within the medina was perfect, allowing easy access to all attractions. I highly recommend Riad Elegancia to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Marrakech.

Our 3 night stay here was exceptional. The attention to detail was high level, so much thought went into designing this place. It’s very comfortable, traditional yet modern, beautifully designed, so clean, and the staff is so very warm and attentive. Our room had touches that I found nowhere else: complimentary bottle of (good!) wine which is like hitting the jackpot in Morocco, a luxurious bathroom with tub and very hot water, high quality bath products, cookies and water in our room everyday, multiple lighting options, reading light by bed, mattress is better than mine at home- so comfy, best breakfast we had during our 12 days of travel (the homemade yogurt is dreamy), rooftop pool and dining, so much more. Their sister riad (2 minute walk) had the most incredible hammam- don’t sleep on this! Our room wasn’t large but the space was used really well plus don’t forget the bath! Everyone who works here is wonderful. On our last morning we had to leave early and they sent us off with baked goods, fresh OJ, and coffee for our ride to the airport. Service was superb and breakfast is good. Room is clean and tidy. Decors are a plus. They go out of the way in making sure that you have a wondeful and safe stay. Could not find any fault in this riad.

A lovely place to stay to experience beautiful Moroccan Riad architecture and service. It’s a complete oasis and the perfect way to escape the excitement and chaos of the Marrakesh streets! Our room was beautiful, extremely comfortable in terms of bedding, large shower and good air con and the breakfasts memorable ( no lunch needed)! The small pool and sun bed area with a small bar creates that ‘holiday in the sun’ feeling. Temperatures were 22/23 in the day cooler at night so take layers if you go in November. The staff are incredibly helpful and nothing is too much. Altogether a lovely experience and worth every penny!

The Riad is conveniently located to the Medina, it is charming, and really makes you feel like you are in Morocco! Our room, although small by US standards, was very comfortable, and well equipped. The included breakfast was delicious, and there was plenty of it. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely return if we go back to Marrakech!
