Buena ubicación. Precio razonable. Servicio al cliente pésimo. No recomiendo este hotel. El personal, sin la formación adecuada, discrimina a ciertos huéspedes. Este hotel está bien ubicado en el centro de Marrakech, cerca de Gueliz. Los precios son razonables. Hay una zona designada para bebidas alcohólicas. Algunos miembros del personal no saben tratar bien a los musulmanes, en particular. Existe discriminación entre extranjeros (especialmente aquellos de piel clara) y árabes y musulmanes. El comportamiento de algunos recepcionistas es engañoso o, en ocasiones, involuntario.

Muy bien ubicado. Cálida bienvenida por parte del valet parking y amables recepcionistas. Un poco normalito en el bar, pero no está mal. La habitación está muy bien pero la insonorización es bastante mala hacia el pasillo. Comida decente, pero no espectacular.

Bedroom was excellent size, staff were very friendly and helpful, food was excellent and breakfast was very good. Location was good and I will return.

Terrible experience with rude staff, forced extra charge, and no refund I had an extremely bad experience with this hotel. I booked one double bed room, which clearly allows two people. However, at check-in, the front desk staff insisted that only one person was allowed to stay unless we paid an extra €25 for the second person. This was never clearly stated at the time of booking. The staff’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. During the conversation, the front desk staff said “do whatever you like, sir” in a sarcastic and disrespectful way. His behavior and facial expressions made us feel unwelcome and discriminated against. Because of this unacceptable treatment, I was forced to cancel the reservation on the spot. Later, I discovered that the hotel refused to refund the booking, causing me a direct financial loss of €75. This situation was entirely caused by the hotel’s unreasonable policy and poor service, yet the guest was the one who had to pay the price. This is not about money. It is about honesty, respect, and basic customer service. Based on my experience and the many similar complaints in other reviews, this hotel does not treat guests fairly. I strongly do NOT, do NOT, do NOT recommend this hotel. Stay elsewhere.

Отель высокого уровня: чисто, красиво, есть горячая вода (только про отели в Марокко надо отдельно это указывать), разнообразный завтрак, симпатичный и тоже чистый бассейн. Расположение: удобное, т.к. центр и ж.д. вокзал находятся рядом, до аэропорта можно доехать на автобусе (мы так и сделали). С другой стороны, шумно с улицы, возможно, лучше просить номера с окнами на бассейн, а не на улицу. В целом, рекомендую

Очень симпатичный отель, просторный, чистый и уютный номер! Персонал приветливый, очень быстро меня заселили. А завтрак просто восторг, лучший из всех отелей в Марокко) Расположен в центре, рядом много ресторанов.

Nuestra recepcionista, Husna, nos ayudó muchísimo a explicarnos todo sobre taxis locales e información general, y fue muy atenta. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, cerca de tiendas, supermercado y centro comercial, con varios restaurantes cerca. El interior del hotel está un poco anticuado y probablemente necesite una pequeña reforma para ser un 4*. La piscina está bien, le vendrían bien más tumbonas; solo hay 8 y vi a gente acaparándolas del desayuno todo el día, así que apenas pudimos usarlas, lo cual es molesto. Pagamos media pensión, por lo que el desayuno y la cena se sirvieron como buffet (principalmente). Para el desayuno, ofrecen opciones continentales con huevos y msemmen. Para la cena, las bebidas no están incluidas (ni siquiera agua, y no nos lo dijeron hasta que cenamos la primera noche) y tampoco se permite traer bebidas propias, lo cual fue muy frustrante estando embarazada y necesitando agua constantemente. La cama de la habitación necesita una reforma, ya que el colchón es muy viejo y se ha deformado. El personal fue maravilloso y amable. En general, una experiencia encantadora, salvo un par de pequeñas mejoras :)

Stayed here with a group for 4 nights. Its a very average hotel but fulfilled all our needs. I had a room to myself. Once I got the aircon to work the room was comfortable as weather outside was very hot. Bedroom was large and adequate. Bathroom was very old fashioned and lacking in bath mat, and non-slip mat. Bath was quite dangerous to get into for the shower as had a very wide side to it. Electric plugs were touch and go and sometimes they worked and sometimes they didn't! Hairdryer a complete disaster and when I reported same to reception I was dismissed. Breakfast was ok and we ate at the pool one evening. The meal was average at best. Pool area is quite nice but small. Would I stay here again if I had a choice? No! I'm sure there are nicer hotels in Marrakesh.

My wife and I stayed at BLUESEA Le Printemps Marrakech from 19–26 May 2026. We have travelled extensively over the years to destinations including Thailand, Turkey, Spain and many others, and unfortunately this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have encountered. On 21 May 2026, my wife's sentimental gold bracelet went missing from our hotel room. We reported the matter immediately to reception and hotel management. What followed consumed a significant portion of our holiday. To be fair, the Moroccan police were professional, courteous and helpful throughout. Police attended our hotel room, took statements, photographed the room and issued an official police declaration. We have no criticism whatsoever of the police handling of the matter. Our complaint relates to the hotel's handling of the situation. Communication from management was poor throughout. We repeatedly had to seek updates ourselves. We attended the police station on multiple occasions and had to organise and pay for our own transport each time. As the situation progressed, we increasingly felt unsupported. At one stage, after informing a manager that we were required to attend the police station again, the manager simply walked away without acknowledging us or offering any assistance. Following the incident, housekeeping standards deteriorated significantly. Our room was not serviced properly for extended periods, towels became an issue, and on several occasions we had to obtain basic items such as toilet paper ourselves. Rather than feeling supported as guests dealing with a stressful situation, we felt largely ignored. The result was that much of our holiday became dominated by police visits, paperwork, emails, waiting for updates and trying to obtain assistance from hotel staff. What should have been a relaxing week in Marrakech became a stressful experience that significantly affected our enjoyment of the trip. I wish to stress that some members of staff and many local people we encountered were pleasant and helpful. Likewise, the Moroccan police handled the matter professionally. However, the overall management response and guest support provided by the hotel during a serious incident fell far below what we would reasonably expect. Since returning to Ireland, I have continued to seek a response from BLUESEA Hotels head office and have received little meaningful engagement. This review reflects our genuine experience during our stay. :::

Liked · Gueliz is actually quite small so everything is just around the corner from this hotel. Was good just for a stop over. Lady receptionist very friendly. Apparently bake all their bread in house. Disliked · Oldish hotel with lots of french tour groups when we were there. Breakfast room very small and busy.

We were fearing the negative reviews but honestly, we can’t complain! This hotel is the perfect mix of riad and hotel. It is around 30 min walk from the medina or a 5 min taxi. However, lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep, including Zara and McDonalds… The hotel is small but mighty, it has a bar, coffee shop, tapas bar and pool food available. Stunning environment to chill, if you are nervous about the hustle and bustle, this is the perfect place! The security guard at the door is so kind, always asking if we need a taxi and if so makes sure we aren’t ripped off. He really looks after you. The hotel staff are all helpful and lovely. The rooms are typically Moroccan, slightly dated but very clean, cannot knock them! It feels very comfortable and safe. Here for a week, bed and breakfast. Breakfast is basic but very clean. I wouldn’t really recommend going full board by the look of the evening buffet, it isn’t very big but it did look tasty, fear you may get bored after a few days. Come to this hotel!! So easy, so central yet far enough for some peace! Unreal! 10/10

Very accommodating and friendly hotel from the reception staff to the room maids. Bed and breakfast was exceptional value for money, fresh and plentiful. The staff cleared plates quickly and never any mess left around. The lovely lady cooking fresh omelettes and pancakes was brilliant and her omelettes were beautiful. Pool is clean and well kept area. However sunbeds are limited to 7/8 per day and you need to be down for 930am to secure one. We never had a problem and usually had the pool to ourselves until mid afternoon. The restaurant and snack bar staff are very attentive and cater to all whims. There are several restaurants within 5 minutes of the hotel ranging from higher priced to very low. Many serve alcohol and have beautiful terraces to enjoy the evening. Then back to le taperia in the hotel for last nightcaps before bed. 5* given
