Los propietarios de hoteles desconsiderados ni siquiera aceptarían una cancelación, a pesar de que la cancelación gratuita está disponible. Reservamos 14 días, pero no pudimos llegar debido a tener covid. Les pidieron cambios de fecha y se negaron rotundamente y aún así aceptaron más de £500. *********** es inútil y no ayudará ya que el propietario del hotel se negó a ceder. ¡¡¡ALÉJATE DE ESTE LUGAR!!!

I stayed at Hotel Lawrence d Arabie for 6 nights, and my family and I had a very good experience. The hotel staff, from cleaners and catering staff to the receptionists, were friendly and polite and there to help you. Thanks to Hashim, Sufiya, Nohela, Hasna and Ayub, they are very helpful. I booked two rooms, and I did not like the one room. They transferred me to a room with a balcony without any argument. Breakfast was excellent, and there was a variety of food for everyone. You can quickly get a taxi outside the hotel for Medina, Gueliz. and all the attractions for 50 MAD. All attractions are nearby, hardly 10 minutes drive. I would recommend the hotel if you are in Marrakech, it is affordable, clean and good for commuting.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Comfortable and clean room. 10 minutes from the airport and a short walk to the train station. Great breakfast. Kind and helpful reception and breakfast room staff. The hotel is on a busy road but we had a good night sleep because of the double window system. I loved the decoration downstairs, lots of vintage items. Some rooms seem to be more recently renovated. Stay here if you can.

The rooms were filthy, mould in the showers, shower heads blocked with limescale, dreadful smell in the rooms, cupboard doors falling off, threadbare towels, dirty sheets and rude and aggressive staff on reception. It was so bad that we moved hotel after a few days even though we had paid for the week! I won’t go into the story of how bad it was as it will take too long, but I will tell you the facilities that are listed on *********** that are blatant lies! *********** should remove them from their hotel list! Restaurant in the hotel – not true! There isn’t a restaurant in the hotel! There is however, a small door leading to a restaurant next door, but it isn’t a part of the hotel - the service and food were terrible! They bought my meal out in 2 parts, chicken first and then an hour later a bowl of plain rice! They also didn’t bring the child’s meal out until an hour after we had all finished our food! Room service – not true! Snack bar – not true! Coffee house on site – not true! Wifi in bedrooms – not true! You could only get wifi in the reception area. Tour desk – not true! it’s an outdated folder with a few photos and some phone numbers. Concierge service – not true! Key card access – not true! They were keys, that you had to give back to reception if you needed something for your room, like a pillow as they said they didn’t have spare keys! Daily housekeeping – not true - rooms were filthy! Gardens – not true! Sun terrace – it was full of old mattresses! Games room – not true! There was a pool table in reception and that was it! Picnic area – not true! Shops on site – not true! Invoice provided – not true! They refused to give us an invoice! Private check in – not true! They refused to give us our passports back until our full party had booked in even though we were arriving at different times. They also refused to give some of our party their room keys until everyone had checked in and paid, even though they demanded that we all had to pay individually and that the person who had booked all of the rooms could not pay for all of the rooms in one go! They were very aggressive and rude and didn’t even give us the right rooms that we had booked and paid for! When I went on trip advisor, I did notice that every negative review was then proceeded by lots of positive reviews – very strange!

Hotel full of charm. Excellent value for money, plentiful and good quality breakfast. Comfortable beds. The only flaw was that room service was a little uncertain: every now and then something was missing but in any case everything was ok. To underline the extreme availability and kindness of the guys at the reception: Icham and Soufien always kind and smiling. Hotel that I would like to recommend.

Certain aspects of this hotel are wonderful, but....... the ground floor public areas are fab. Small pool too, but........ we had the Royal Suite- far from Royal ! *********** photos were taken 20 years ago ! The curtains and soft fabrics are now very faded and worn ! But- the floor Tiles and ceilings were amazing. As was the cathedral ceiling in bathroom. However all bathroom fittings were very very dated. They also lie about the location. A very long long walk to Jem el Fina square- 10 mins they say??? No way. More like 40 ! However very competitively priced. Lovely rooftop terrace but abandoned and full of old mattresses!!! Disappointing.

The concierge was very friendly .. he shared he lost 4 family members in the earthquake near Merrakech .. told him soo sorry .. the room and amenities are great .. pool on hot Africa days definitely a plus …breakfast was included in my price 42 US dollars a night not bad at all . The bed was comfy with big pillows .. A/C worked fine ..,my only complaint is the shower is raw cement .. no tiles .. looks like public park locker room shower in Chicago where I’m from …and won’t be impressive to female clients … other than that enjoyed my stay .. and after checkout they held my overnite bag free of charge til I came back from my tour … 4/5 stars

the WIFI doesn't work in room and weak in reception , even duren holidays we needs to keep checking our business and that's need WIFI internet .

I would have given 0 star if I could. I booked the hotel before 2 months with a good price via booking. Apparently, prices went high and the hotel wanted to get rid of me so guess what they did. I had a booking on July 13th and they changed it to the day before July 12th on July 13th (the same day I was supposed to check-in and before check-in deadline) and then declared me "didn't show up". Nothing to have with professionalism
