Estaba aquí por una noche en julio - viajamos como familia de cuatro, con dos niños pequeños. Let me start with the amazing staff on check in Ben greeted us with the best attitude and cheerful comfort of a friend thru our 2 week stay working we were greeted and made to feel at home by everyone of the staff this includes Lauren,Haley,Jacob,and Julie the hotel is kept clean inside and out and offers a private hot tub for adults only that was so relaxing after a long 10 hour day then on top of all of this the housekeeping staff that took care of our room Amy&Robert not only went above and beyond for us I had left them a note before I left out for work and they left me an amazing little message that made me smile for days now back to Ben he was so helpful and cheerful we totally appreciated him and all of the staff!!!! Wish we could go e them 100 stars instead of 5

The front desk gentleman were friendly and talkative. They gave me all the information I needed and even asked me what floor I would prefer to be on as well as letting me know the restaurant across the parking lot gave 10% off when showing your key card. The cleaning lady left us a nice hand written note in our room which is always sweet. The pool area was big, clean, and the hot tub was hot and the jets worked perfectly as well as the pool being heated was a bonus. We loved the mural paintings on the wall. The breakfast women helped with things in the breakfast area I was having trouble with and was also friendly every morning. It was a great place for us to stay with kids and I would come back for sure although I do wish the beds were just alittle more comfortable. Just alittle too firm in the opinion but no trouble falling asleep.

La zona de la casa de la ciudad fue perfecta, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de colores de la caída y la ubicación de esta propiedad es perfecta. Las decoraciones de Navidad en el lobby eran un bonito toque. La habitación era limpia y las camas confortables. Las opciones de desayuno eran buenas, frescas y calientes ... las galletas eran maravillosas! Seguramente nos quedaríamos aquí otra vez.
