"We arrived late. It was dark and raining. the time was 7p.m. We asked if there was somewhere in the hotel where we could order a sandwich. We were told that the coffee shop was closed and if we wanted to get something the Spar was up the road. My husband kicked up a fuss and they reluctantly came forward with a menu from the local pizza place. Seeing the coffee shop was only supposed to close at 8 this was a poor show. Accommodation was satisfactory. Serviced only twice a week. Wonderful patio. Have to pay extra for aircon. This timeshare needs to be remember that one goes on holiday to relax. Not to wash dishes after e very meal. Unfortunately couldn't go down to the beach because the rains had washed the walkway away. We went to report this to the management who denied any knowledge of it.. Other than that a pleasant stay. Would we stay there again. No. Better accommodation elsewhere in Natal with service every day. Normal proximity to the beach at normal times is first class"

"The reception and service we received from Nomonde was 5 star, she made our stay a pleasant one. very accommodating and always willing to go an extra mile to assist with all the establishment's needs. Perhaps renting out beach towels may be a revenue stream that can be looked at otherwise a very relaxing and affordable vacation. The managing staff were very friendly and helpful - the cleaning staff were a bit morose possibly a result of having to work during this time of year ..."
