Toilet smells of mould Drainage of the sink is bad, always have a big bowl of water waiting to be drained Certainly need some upgrade of facilities WiFi never works during our stay.. The food served in the restaurant is very average too Overall, just a passable experience

I am so lucky to book this resort for my family's holiday. Good location, spacious, comfortable beds and pillows, more than you think amenties; we can cook our dinners and wash and dry our clothes; nice staff; highly recommed and will come again next time. Excellent choice~

Beautiful but old traditional villa. Washer and dryer wasn’t as clean but usable. Was quite bothersome to check in late lucky the bar could help. Great room that can sleep 6, I only had 4, good space and parking onsite. Overall great stay cost attic beds. Need to wash up after yourselves though.

The room is a bit run down.There a restaurant next to the motel. It get noisy as dark fall. Then of course the noise gone when is 10 pm.

Our trip was just simply made by coming here. This hotel was beautiful, well looked after and had some brilliant amenities. The food from 'The River' downstairs was brilliant and so was the service. Can't wait to come back!

Unfortunately, the spa bath shower ha a really high entrance and although we discovered the stool it still was difficult getting in and out of the shower. The reception person was friendly . .

Very happy with service communication and location. Room was exceptionally clean and well presented. Bed very comfortable.

Close to Margaret River Main Shopping street. Very convenient as a central location to visit Margaret River surrounding areas. There’s a Bar and Restaurant located in the Resort, which is very popular with the locals. The Restaurant has very good food and drinks. It also opens late, which is a plus point.

Great location in Margaret River, close to all amenities, rooms were large and clean, the hotel / bar staff were friendly, the restaurant and pub on the grounds was fantastic food and great live talent. Definitely recommend and looking forward to our next stay.

Fantastic place to stay. Full facilities available and the kids love this place so much.

Beautiful spot, Clean, calm, good food ! I enjoyed my two days in River Hotel

An old hotel. However all amenities are functioning well. There is on site restaurant and might have difficulties in finding a carpark space if there is a function/gathering there.
