At a guess, we have stayed at this Hotel 8-10 times over the past years. I am sorry to say that after our last experience, we will never stay there again. As a 5 Star Hotel, it was slipshod and dissappointing. On arrival, at 16.45 there was nobody on the Reception Desk, but there was a sign which said ” There is nobody on Reception at present, please take a seat and wait ! There is still construction works going on at the adjacent ****** and there are now only 4 parking spaces for guests. which includes one for disabled and one for electric car charging. The only parking is an unattended open car park some 800 metres from the Hotel and I was not prepared to leave a £200,000 car loaded with luggage, laptops, phones and personal items there. The Receptionist agreed that I could occupy a disabled person's bay on the proviso that he could move it if required. The suite on the mezzanine floor was fine apart from the following;_ - Only 5 TV channels none English. - No Notepad or pen. - No list of Telephone numbers to call reception or room service. - Ony 2 towels for 3 persons, when charged extra for 16 year old granddaughter to stay in the suite. Same for Glasses, cups, Tea bags milk. Just 2 for 3 persons. - The Wifi was awful and kept logging you off. Later found out that you could log in using any old name name and email address you cared to enter ! _ One Loo roll ,part used and no spare. - A Huge Stag Beetle was discovered on the sofa and at that point we had not opened the doors to the balcony. We were aware that the main Restaurant would be closed on the Tuesday that we arrived ,but shortly before we left England I received an email that room service would not be available either but we could have a cold meal in our room.Oh well onwards and upwards ! The cold meal turned out to be a choice between smoked salmon, cheese or cold meats each served with bread and butter. No desserts, not even Ice cream. Anyway, we opted for 2 salmon and 1 cheese. After a long wait, the receptionist knocked on the door with the salmon and cheese and a basket of bread which he had himself prepared and it comprised a single baguette cut up into slices and 3 pats of butter. The salmon was just as if it has come out of a packet and there were 6 miserable slices of 3 different cheeses. The cost for this gastronomic extravaganza was €127.00 which included Room service and a warm bottle of white wine( No Ice bucket either). Total cost for a nights stopover with breakfast with hard sausage and rubber bacon was €603.60. Sorry Pavillon, don't expect to see me again.

Nous avons trouvé cet hôtel d’une propreté convenable le person est très agréable et serviceable El desayuno es realmente bueno y en un entorno muy agradable y cómodo Petit souci d’eau dans la douche et on entend les voisins dans de la chambre de derrière parler par l’aération des WC Facile d’accès bien situé près de Lyon et d’un centre commercial Recomiendo este establecimiento 👍🏻

The hotel is on an industrial park outside the city but it’s very quick to get into the centre. The hotel feels very new, all the facilities were great and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Good powerful shower and good air con. The breakfast which was included in our rate was very good. All staff were very pleasant. It’s linked to the Kyriad and you can easily walk to use their bar & pool table-they were playing all the premiership matches on the evening we were there much to my kids delight! Safe, good parking and all in all, an excellent, comfortable one night stay.

Very well priced, modern and very comfortable hotel. Good location off autoroute for one or two nights stay and close to Lyon centre. Good breakfast. Rooms have separate bathroom and loo, modern rain shower with great design and finish. Highly recommended.

Nous sommes venue pour le week ends de Pâques avec ma copine nous avons était super bien accueilli, la chambre que nous avons eu était vraiment parfaite très belle et très propre. Aucun regret sur cette hôtel je le conseil fortement pour le prix il est parfait. Le petit déjeuner très bon avec des produit maison et frais.

Después de 3 noches (pagadas de anticipo)passadas al hotel del 5 al 8 de julio de 2023, prolongé de una noche del 8 al 9 en acuerdo con la hostesa de recepción pago al comienzo con los desayunos En esta noche del 8 al 9 mientras dormí, Recibo una llamada a media noche del vigilante para decirme que, como no había venido, debería ir a arreglar la habitación. Le digo que me despierta y estoy dormido en mi habitación. Me ordena que baje a mi habitación y me recuerde que me despertó y que me arreglaré antes de irme, como acordado en la solicitud de prórroga. Responde: ”Si no baja a pagar, subo”. Veinte minutos después, viene a mi puerta, me despierto de nuevo y después de abrir, le digo que no es cuestión de que me baje a pagar ahora. Tras estos incidentes repetitivos no puedo encontrar el sueño debido a la sorpresa y la enojamiento vinculadas a su actitud El día de la mañana hablo de ello a la empleada de la acogida que se sorprende de tal comportamiento. No creo que sea culpable de esta noche de hotel, pero la empleada me dice que si no pago, es su culpa. No quería penalizarla, paga y me promete una llamada del director, Sr. NOLHO, que no dejará de compensarme. Aún espero su llamada a pesar de dos reactivaciones de mi parte. Eso es inaceptable.

Hace poco me alojé en el hotel Eklo Lyon y tengo que decir que quedé completamente impresionado. El hotel está increíblemente limpio y bien mantenido, con una decoración moderna y elegante que crea un ambiente cómodo y acogedor. Pero lo que realmente me llamó la atención fue el personal amable y servicial. Todas las personas con las que interactué fueron realmente acogedoras y estaban ansiosas por hacer que mi estadía fuera lo más placentera posible. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta para explorar Lyon, con el tranvía convenientemente ubicado justo en frente del hotel. Esto hace que sea increíblemente fácil llegar al centro de la ciudad y explorar todo lo que Lyon tiene para ofrecer. Además, el hotel tiene un gran ambiente, con un ambiente relajado y relajado que me hizo sentir como en casa. El desayuno en el hotel también fue lo más destacado. Había muchas opciones disponibles, y había algo para todos los gustos. Desde pasteles recién hechos hasta huevos, todo estaba delicioso y bien preparado. El hotel es muy bueno. El hotel es muy bueno, muy limpio, cómodo y la cama era divina. También no había sonido, era tan bien probado. Tengo que mencionar especial al personal; quien hace el reclutamiento lo hace muy bien. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable, pero no me gustaba nada. No creo que haya estado en un hotel que tuvo un personal tan increíble, es realmente un servicio 5*.
