Not very friendly staff at reception(actually super unfriendly), the pool is open only 3 pm onwardd(except Saturday Sunday and requires a head cover which is not mentioned that is charged 2 €, beach towels also extra charge, pool big but not clean and old rooms"

Cleaning and courtesy are home, well-organised sea with remote locations between them; the private beach is connected with a subway that avoids road crossing, unlike other facilities. "We stayed at the resort the first two weeks of August. The location is lovely, has great potential, and could be top-notch with some updates to the various accommodations, such as the wooden villas, which are very cute but in need of renovation due to their age. The resort is very close to the sea, about a 3-4 minute walk away. Unfortunately, the food leaves a bit to be desired in terms of quality and staff efficiency (perhaps because it's understaffed for the busy season). We'll definitely be back because the best thing they offer is the entertainment provided by the SAMARCANDA staff, managed by Federica. She's chosen excellent people who are meticulous in ensuring a top-notch holiday full of fun for the little ones with the mini club, where Elena and her group ensure maximum enjoyment for the kids. Angelo and all the other staff (Davide, Edoardo, etc.) are super efficient in organizing games and events for young and old, leaving nothing to chance."
