¡BED BUGS, BED BUGS, BED BUGS!!! Este es el hotel más desagradable que he estado en. La calificación de este lugar es la salida de la línea y no una 3 estrellas. Las fotos son super engañosas y no la representación de este lugar bruto. En nuestra cama se encontraron errores de cama en la mañana siguiente, la habitación se huele como **** y un viejo olor de molde musquita. No se aparten de este hotel bruto. Mi esposa tenía mordidas por todas sus piernas la mañana siguiente. Le dije al asistente del escritorio y todo lo que dijo fue lamentable. No hay compensación por este lugar desagradable. No te muevas. Este lugar no merece ninguna estrellas. El gerente debía llamarme de nuevo, pero nunca lo hizo. No llama porque sabe que su hotel es desagradable. Solicité compensación pero le dije al gerente que lo hiciera. Sólo no les importa. Este lugar debería quemarse en el suelo. Todo lo que hacen para una respuesta es “perdón por no haber cumplido sus expectativas”. Esto no arregla el problema. Este lugar es un agujero s$&t. Revisas múltiples de mordidas de bugs de cama, olor bruto y limpieza cero.

La casa de la habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. No me quejo del precio porque es más barato que el estacionamiento en el centro de Vancouver o Whistler. Nos impresiona la limpieza de las habitaciones, incluido el mueble de la patio. No hay polvo en ellas en absoluto. Kudos al equipo de mantenimiento. Nos encantan las camas. Las matraces son muy cómodas y las hojas parecen y huelen limpias. El aire acondicionado es agradable y frío. Me encanta cómo podríamos fijarlo a 15°C (60°F). Algunos hoteles bloquean el aire acondicionado a 18°C como el más frío. Me parece demasiado caliente para mi gusto. La ubicación es excelente. Está a poca distancia a las tiendas y restaurantes. El hotel está situado en una zona de la ciudad de Galicia, donde se encuentran los restaurantes mexicanos, los restaurantes mexicanos y los numerosos lugares de pescado y chips. También quiero felicitar al personal de la oficina frontal que tuvo que lidiar con un par de ”Karens” que lanzó un ascensor porque pensaban que sólo porque no estaban de acuerdo con la política del hotel y no lo saben, no debería aplicarse a ellos. Google es libre, gente. Incluso pidieron hablar con el propietario del hotel también. Creo que el gerente y el personal se han ocupado de manera tranquila y profesional. Kudos para ustedes también. Teníamos un agradable fin de semana y planeamos permanecer en Ocean Promenade Hotel la próxima vez que estaremos en White Rock.
