Maravilloso hotel histórico con muy buenas instalaciones y gran servicio. No le doy mayor puntuación porque aunque solicité por adelantado una habitación silenciosa lejos del tráfico, la que me asignaron estaba apenas a 25 metros de una calle muy ruidosa por lo que tuve que utilizar tapones en los oídos para poder dormir.

El Hotel está bien. Pero tal vez un poco masificado y demasiados niños. Tal vez porque era semana santa. Junto la piscina por las tardes está abarrotada de gente y con la música bastante alta. No es el lugar adecuado para relajarse.

La piscina no está climatizada. Fue un pequeño problema para mi hija que solo quería nadar cuando no había sol. El complejo Hilton es mejor.

Gran relación calidad-precio en comparación con otros hoteles en Manila. Las habitaciones del ala principal son un poco anticuadas pero aún así son muy cómodas, el ala más nueva es más moderna. Clase de la vieja escuela, edificio interesante. Distancia conveniente desde el aeropuerto, pero un poco más lejos de restaurantes y bares.

We stayed at The Manila Hotel as a couple with one infant and had a very positive experience. The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive, the facilities felt grand and culturally rich rather than modern, and the location is central, great for nearby parks but challenging due to Manila traffic. The highlight was the breakfast, which was outstanding and easily the best complimentary hotel breakfast I’ve had.

Lovely historic hotel, good sized and very comfortable rooms. We asked for the historic wing, which I recommend. Huge breakfast buffet. The downside was the aircon was absolutely freezing in the rooms, even after having it turned off for 2 days! The marble floor in the bathroom so cold! I wanted to visit the heritage museum, but it was only available with a guide.

Good location, near rizal park where there was supposed to be street food stalls (but there were none during our visit 😅). Near 7/11 too but you will need to walk around the hotel to the back of it. Great service of staff.

The service staff could not hide their rudeness. The concierge was very rude about my late checkout. Paid the fee, and then asked for some tine to make sure everythjng was pacmed (i woke up late from my nap). We would ask about when the best time is for breakfast, and we would be asked condescendingly what is our concern, why are we asking. I asked for 30 minutes, theg said they can only give me 15 minutes. They would treat me like a runaway guest. I would tell them to charge it to my room so I can pay for it on checkout. They would refuse. They held the other guest over at one of the restaurants like they would not believe we would pay our fees, i had to go back to my room after their food upset my stomach. I went to the champagne room from the good reviews. Some guests with no business there was being attended to by all the staff. They were blocking the way. I had a reservation and was ignored. The pool is mid, the overhead shower does not really work, the food is also just okay.
