The gentleman that checked me in was extremely Rude and obviously couldn’t care less in being Hospitable let alone polite. He checked me into a room that was sub-pare (bath tub had a large hole, counter was obviously repaired….poorly, etc.), gave no instructions on how the TV worked or WiFi login. I was tired so I didn’t say anything.
The next day I spoke with the person at the front desk about my check in experience and was quickly moved to a better/cleaner room. The woman was very accommodating and polite, but I continued to see the gentleman that checked me in and my experience was tainted.
I don’t know if he’s the son of the owner and that’s why he works there, but he shouldn’t be in the hospitality business as it reflects poorly on your property, especially at the price point that I paid per night ($250)!
