Chic beautiful building, was very impressed with all amenities in studio room and was even able to cook a roast dinner for ourselves with all the kitchen bits provided. Instructions for all appliances were listed on the two tvs and was amazing to have a television in both the room and lounge area. Really special stay and will use the company again when travelling without a doubt!

Very disappointed with our stay at Native! The first room was dirty, we changed rooms to another clearly not cleaned hotel room. No service provided by the staff One elevator was broken, the other one floor 4 button didn't work so you had to go to the 5th and walk down. Lift frequently smelt of ********. Finish on the rooms is poor, lots of marks, scratches and scuffs, stained furniture and bedding. Overall, will 100% not be staying here again. Shocked this property made it onto Mr and Mrs Smith!

Location is excellent- right next to Piccadilly station. The room was very tasteful, retaining just the right amount of period features. The staff were fantastic and let us check in a little early. The kitchenette is a very helpful addition to the room. We really liked the mattress, firm but incredibly comfortable. Overall, a great stay.

Hotel tried to delay my check in by nearly 2 hours. Code to room provided did not work. Facilities advertised not open. Will certainly not return or suggest to others they should visit.

The hotel’s facilities are perfectly adequate. The service, however, seems to operate on a voluntary basis. The receptionist repeatedly said “we don’t mind to help you with…”, which was an interesting way to describe what most guests would assume is a paid job. If you’re looking for a place where assistance is provided at the staff’s discretion rather than as a standard, this hotel may suit you. Otherwise, consider alternatives.

Great hotel, just a short few minutes walk from Piccadilly train station. Checkin staff very helpful. Room very clean and comfortable, I would have liked some complimentary biscuits with the tea and coffee provided, seeing that the hotel is rated 4 star. Bar was quite busy, they run out of Prosecco so gave us our 2nd choice drinks free of charge. Bar man then came around offering complimentary warm mulled wine. Lovely touch… I would recommend The Native 😁

Very close to the Piccadily station. The room is clean and have sufficient space. Check in and check out process is very smooth.

location is superb room is big but no washing machine and dryer as advertised .Worse of all No aircoditioning in the room , air qualities sucks and no ventilation ,would have died of suffocation .At the very least your staff offered a standing fan  offered a standing fan .Will never stay if it summer .will never stay again .

Excellent location. Minutes away from Manchester Picadilly station and 10mins away from the tram stop and multiple bus station stops. Easy check in process. Clean and extremely spacious room!

Excellent service from the reception and very helpful staff! Spacious rooms with all amenities required (including salt) :D Very enjoyable stay and will definitely stay here if visiting next time!

Stayed here a few times and it’s consistently good. Great location to reach everything on foot. Now appears to be run by Numa Group which is great - improved check in etc via the Numa app. Usually stay in room that has a small kitchenette, especially if here for a few days. Staff always helpful. Laid back and characterful place

We faced an issue with our room when we arrived which was dealt with efficiently and we were placed in an upgraded room as an apology. The room was spotless and well presented, however the king size bed was simply two single mattresses pushed together. The mattresses weren’t level so it wasn’t the most comfortable night sleep for a couple. The location is ideal for a stay in Manchester City Centre and the new check in/check out keyless entry is really good.

Overpriced, charged double of going rate. No ac in room, very hot, just provide a fan if requested, no room service. Plus is very quiet in halls, self checkin and checkout. Would not recommend unless you get a good deal for price. Room as pictures, does not have washing machine. Some appliances not working like kitchen ventilation.

Location was near to the train station and Chinatown area. The place is clean and cosy too!
