I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Brooklyn in Manchester and I'm thrilled to share my experience. This hotel not only met but exceeded my expectations, making my visit truly memorable. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by warm and professional staff. The service here is top-notch. Every member of the staff was attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They exemplify the essence of great hospitality. A small yet impactful moment came when we realised we had forgotten our toothpaste. Without hesitation, we called room service, and to our pleasant surprise, before we even got back to our room, the toothpaste was there waiting for us. It's these small details and quick responses that set Hotel Brooklyn apart. The breakfast at Hotel Brooklyn deserves a special mention. It was nothing short of fantastic. The variety and quality of food offered were impressive. From fresh pastries and cereals to a range of hot food, every item was delicious and well-prepared. It's a perfect start to the day, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. Our room was a blend of comfort and style. It was well-appointed, clean, and spacious with a cozy and inviting ambiance. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day exploring Manchester. Hotel Brooklyn in Manchester is a gem. The combination of exceptional service, excellent food, and comfortable accommodations makes it a top choice. I left feeling completely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manchester. The hotel is beautifully decorated with nice and clean rooms. It is located right in the heart of the city, short walk from the train station, so perfect for a quick visit of Manchester. The staff were nice and attentive. The only downside was that we were asked to pay £20 per hour after 11 AM for late check out, which I thought was unreasonable given that even the most basic hotels offer complementary late checkout for at least an hour or two.

The room was clean and looked great, the hotel was really conveniently located, not far from the city center and very close to the Chinatown. The service was good but would be better if the receptionist smiles more 😄

I often travel to Manchester to see my partner and Hotel Brooklun has become a go-to hotel. Amazing hotel, great prices on rooms and an amazing service overall.

The hotel was convenient , close to Piccadilly gardens and the railway station. Can overlook the street. Got some amenities like slippers provided. Staff was friendly. If you wld like to check out late they are willing to provide at 20 pounds per hour. Overall it is good.

Conveniently located. A great location and in close distance from lots of attractions i.e China Town, restaurants…shops etc. The ladies at the front desk when we checked in were lovely. The food was also pretty good.Had the buffalo wings and fries they were yum! Only issue we had was with the air conditioner/heating in the room. But generally we enjoyed our stay☺️☺️
