Buena ubicación, a poca distancia a pie de todo en el centro de la ciudad. Recién y calificado como cadena mariott. Recomendado

Muy confiable y cerca del centro de la ciudad. Servicio profesional y cálido.

El hotel está en una buena ubicación y está muy limpio. Nos alojamos antes y disfrutamos de nuestra estadía la última vez, así que pensamos en reservar nuevamente para una noche, pero no fue tan bueno. Reservamos una habitación doble y juntamos dos individuales, seguimos cayendo por el medio, así que no dormimos bien. Hablé con la recepcionista por la mañana y ella se disculpó, pero pensamos que no valía la pena bajar en medio de la noche solo por una noche, pero no deberíamos haber tenido que hacerlo de todos modos. Cuando llegamos, la gente de recepción simplemente nos ignoró y alguien tuvo que salir por la parte de atrás para servirnos. Probablemente buscaré en otro lugar la próxima vez.

It was perfect location to stay, we was to Depeche Mode concert in AO Arena 10 away to walk, rooms in nixe is well

Really really bad service, especially a Asian reception staff. Firstly, we live in a room which is close to a barbecue restaurant downstairs, the smoke directly poured into the room so we asked for a change around 3 pm, but accidentally to be told that all the rooms are fully booked. However, meanwhile we can see a lot of guests standing in the hall to wait for a check-in. Liar! Secondly, the handle of the window in my room cannot be turned so the window kept open. When we called the reception (Asian man) for help but he just gave us an excuse “ The handle truly cannot be turned for some’ security reason’, and all the rooms are the same.” It was such a windy day and we lived in a room with an open window, suffering from coldness. After our repeated requests, the reception finally gave us a new room, and we found that the windows of the new room could be closed normally. But the Asian receptionist who was caught lying didn't even offer an apology. Liar! Thirdly, the air conditioner is my original room is broken, some receptionist who checked our room also gave us an excuse like “every room is the same ,just take it easy”, but this problem is totally missing when we moved into the new room— the air conditioner can work well. Above all, I’m just wondering whether the manager of this hotel is teaching his staff to lie to the guests to comfort every guest, or the Asian receptionist is exactly a racist, who treats people of different colors differently, treating me as an *****. I hope the hotel can give me a fair explanation.

Warm and Friendly staff , was so happy to check in earlier, nice location and easily accessible to city Center. Enjoyed breakfast and highlight was making my own waffles.

They gave us an accessible room which was a terrible experience. We tried to call reception to ask about the possibility of changing rooms, and they told us the hotel was very full and there were no available rooms; however, we saw some couples checking in at night and they did not book the hotel beforehand as we heard that the receptionist told them that they have to check if there are any available rooms (they managed to find them a room a last). The toilet seat is shallow which unfits us; it is also unacceptable that there is no toilet lid, and the toilet water comes outside every time we flush, which we find quite disgusting and unhygienic. The shower was very inconvenient as well since the shower place was not separated from the toilet place; the water flooded the floor and the floor was wet during our whole stay. When we asked the receptionist for toothpaste, he asked us to go down to the reception to get ourselves, but eventually, when we went down, he told us to wait in our room and he would find someone to get it for us in a minute; his tone was polite that we are fine with it but we hope for a better arrangement next time. Overall, the stay was unsatisfying and we would not recommend this hotel.
