Estaba aquí por una noche con mi familia, mientras buscaba una noche a distancia de casa en un lugar con piscina. La zona de piscina es muy agradable y fue la principal razón por la que reservamos. Nos esperaba relajarnos allí después de la cena, pero mucho a nuestra sorpresa, se convirtió en una especie de club nocturno a la noche. En realidad, era un concepto bastante frío - DJ, bubble machine, fog, y 100% niños amigable, no lo que esperabamos durante el COVID. Aparentemente también está abierto al público en un cambio de cobertura, así que fue bastante ocupado! El desayuno en la mañana estaba bien - cereales, muffines, frutas, café. Supongo que es mejor, pero con COVID tienen que limitar las opciones. En general, no estoy seguro si nos quedaríamos otra vez, pero no fue el peor lugar que hemos quedado.

Me encanta cómo este hotel es limpio y elegante, aunque no es barato, pero vale la pena, me gusta estar aquí, es muy tranquilo y cómodo, creo que me quedaré aquí un poco.

Although the Towneplace Suites Manchester Airport may have pleased a few people, I cannot fathom why it earned any kind reviews. It's advantage of proximity to the airport might make it an ideal place to crash (poor choice of words) before an early morning flight but also means you could be awakened at odd hours by jet engines overhead. The place is pet friendly, which is fine with me, but not when is practically a kennel with a dog in every room. One guest I encountered walking toward me in the hallway asked me to pause so she could yank their truculent Doberman into her room before I passed. The ”continental” breakfasts are so poor that I wonder what continent they are from.  The kitchen in the suite I had was barely provisioned with glasses, mugs and utensils and the trak light over the desk lost one of its two bulbs so long ago they can't get a replacement. The free Wi-Fi is slower than molasses, which I discovered after declining the $5 a day enhanced wi-fi. After that I couldn't find the offer again. The fitness room has a selection of dumbbells' all of wich weigh 30 lbs. The miniscule pool looks like a black lagoon. One redeeming feature: the staff are kind and friendly and will do all they can to be helpful -- but they can only do so much.

When I landed at midnight in the middle of May to stay in Manchester for the summer for work, I had no idea what to expect since I had never been before. The shuttle driver from the hotel who picked me up that night from the airport was Adrian. He was very kind and instantly made me feel comfortable moving to a new city for the summer with his light-hearted conversation. He told me about some solid restaurants that the hotel shuttle's 2 mile radius covers and I've tried most of them, not disappointed in any of the recommendations. Another really nice driver who brings a spark to my day is Mike. Over the past two months I've had a pleasant time staying at the hotel (kudos to their always resourceful front desk) but what I especially cherish are the friendships I've made with Adrian and Mike. It's almost a ritual at this point to greet Adrian after work every day when he comes to pick me up from my office. He always asks how my day was and is seldom late. I have just over a month remaining at this hotel and I'm glad I chose this place, although keep in mind that the shuttle is shared by 4 hotels near the airport area so you'll get a chance to meet Adrian, Mike, and all the other jovial shuttle drivers if you stay at any one of those.

Encantador check-in. Limpia y cómoda habitación. Despertar para un vuelo temprano y los ascensores están fuera. Llamado para ayuda y no se puede encontrar (no se me ha verificado mi necesidad o cuidado). Tengo un reemplazo de hip y algunas otras necesidades de movilidad. ¡No me importa! ¡Tienen la lista de quién está tomando el transbordador del aeropuerto, así que una llamada para advertirme me habría ayudado! Pero no hay servicio en absoluto. Finalmente se puso a comprobar. Expresó mi descontento con amableza. Ella indicaba el grupo anterior gritando a ella (Yo estaba allí, no lo hizo), me dijo todo sobre cómo no pueden hacerlo durante dos días -Dije que no pongan a nadie con desafíos de movilidad en el piso superior - dijo que no tienen a nadie. No me disculpo. Más excusas para no ayudar y siguió compartiendo nadie quiere trabajar, los trabajadores no están entrenados, no hay tiempo para pasar por los videos. Le dejé obligar a “la” y “trabajadores” y luego respondió “y sabes lo que significa para los clientes?” claramente no le importaba. Estaba asegurado de que mi factura era clara (era una noche de rescate). Yo tenía una carga. No me lo explicó. Me dijo que los llamara más tarde. Serio!! Y ella de nuevo señaló la falta de formación. Así que es mío. Esto fue lamentable! 5 de las 5 personas que salieron tenían problemas que no se habían tratado bien. No impresionado! El único empleado importa! Y no creo que ninguno de nosotros regrese.

Fuimos a Manchester para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi abuela. Hacemos algunas compras, nadar y Chuck E Cheese, por supuesto. El hotel estaba perfectamente situado para todas esas cosas. Sin embargo, en la noche tranquilo. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado.

Booked two nights here based on the reviews and the rate. We felt the rate was very good considering the area. The property is close to the highway, but not too close to create noise. The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Every staff person we encountered was pleasant, friendly and helpful. There was a full breakfast, which many of the Choice properties are not offering lately. At first it was because of covid, now it feels like it’s to cut costs. The breakfast area was immaculate. I really can’t say enough good things about this property.
