Si es para resolver esta bien. Porque están remodelando las había raciones pero la que me tocó la ducha está muy sucia. El area del desayuno el microonda sucio y está con moho.

I understand it was under construction but it was dirty. The continental breakfast consisted of toast & coffee? & there wasnt any there at 7:30 in the morning it was all gone. The desk clerk spent more time smoking out side than inside. The room and the bathroom was dirty There was Blood on the sheets and blankets

The worst Wyndham property. The front desk staff was pleasant. However the concepts of cleanliness and hygiene were notably totally absent. The room was not cleaned a single time in 4 night stay. The hallways neither and the accumulation of dirt and debris would be suitable for a microbiology class. Walls, elevators, rooms, ceilings and doors were a tribute to the sign that stayed construction was in progress of which I saw zero evidence. The construction advice I would offer would be towards a property destruction and rebuilt which would be more apt. Wyndham should evaluate this and all their properties and perhaps maybe take a lesson on hospitality and how to run a hotel let alone a hotel chain.

When we first arrived they put my friend in a room with a bed that had stains all over the sheets. After we were switched to a different floor and it was a little better.

Clean enough but just a very run down place. Lots of people “living” there, staff didn’t care about anything. I wouldn’t stay again.

Room 203…when originally tried to check in…front desk had a sign be back in 15 minutes…go to room, light switch didn’t work then AC unit didn’t work…multiple items not plugged in through the room. There was a stain on the comforter…when checked out were people sleeping in their truck in the parking lot.

Beds were really uncomfortable never seen a blanketade out of some type of foam like material had to use two bed sheets to cover myself to sleep bathroom was full of hair in shower walls looked like never been wiped out

******* said there are five king bed rooms available and at check-in person at the desk said that there were none and that they were all under renovation. After I said double beds wouldn't work and waited a while he said he would look and then I said I would take whatever came up next. I gave my ID and my card and was handed the key and the room had a king bed in it which was a surprise but not a positive surprise because I had already resigned to the fact that I was in an uncomfortable place with the way the whole transaction had begun. While waiting for the itinerary to come through, I was part of a three person phone call apparently on FaceTime or something giving my personal information. I didn't sleep more than 2 and 1/2 hours all night and I spent the morning out of the room

Our stay at this location was average. The room had a large stain on carpet, and there was hair still in the bottom of the shower. I can over look that, but the broken shower door I can not overlook. The housekeeping didn’t seem that great in this facility. My wife went to give my 3 year old a shower. When she went to close the shower door it came off the track. My wife is short, but good thing she was able to hold the door up while I came in to put it back on the track. Whenever you try to close the shower door it came off the track every time so we were not able to close the shower door. Upon inspection of the wheel at the top the wheel was broke half way around the wheel. I did report this to the person at the front desk and she put it in the maintenance log so I will give them credit for that. The hotel is in a pretty good location. The signage is not great as I drove right by because it’s up on the hill behind other businesses. Other than that it is pretty close to the Mall and many places to eat and get gas. The staff was very friendly at this facility. The one person at the front went out of her way to find me an iron and ironing board so we could iron my wife’s graduation gown. The amenities are not great in this facility. The rooms do not have an iron or a hair dryer in the rooms. You have to as the front desk for those of you need them as they don’t have enough for all the rooms. I was lucky to get an iron so we were very thankful for the front desk person.

Unfortunately I had to pay close to $200 to stay here for a graduation. This hotel hasnt not been updated or cared for. 1. Bed cover sheets had stains and a cigarette burn. 2. Mattress was old and uncomfortable 3. Chair was old and had stains 4. Noticeable cracks in the furniture 5. Slow service

I checked in late and was quickly greeted by staff, they were friendly and processed my check in fine. The young lady gave me little instruction, little conversation at all. Didn’t tell me what she was charging on my card, didn’t tell me where the elevator was. A little frustrating but as a frequent traveler, ive seen worse! Clean, comfortable no frills accommodations.
