Hotel antiguo, habitación pequeña, sin desayuno, no recomendado

Stayed here from.the 26th May until the 29th May for a short break with my partner. We arrived on an early flight and we already knew check in wasn't until 2pm but they managed to do us an early check in which was very kind of the reception staff cannot fault their customer service the 2 female staff behind reception were lovely so friendly the male reception staff also fantastic the reception area is well decorated and very clean with some beautiful furniture pieces the fish tanks in the wall are stunning. We had room 107 which was only 1 floor up in the lift, very large clean rooms with everything you need beds huge and comfortable cannot hear any outside noise, air con works very well. You have tea, coffee and water in the room. Pool area is really clean, plenty of seating, could do with a few more sunbeds. The pool lifeguard is a great man very friendly always came over to speak to us, i left an item of clothing by the pool and he kept it to one side for me and came looking for me to give it me back which i thought was lovely and an amazing memory to remember who it belonged to. You can grab drinks and snacks from La Brasserie restaurant and they will bring it to the pool. The beach could do with some more sunbeds for guests, too many want to use it and there was only a few sunbeds the other half of beach belongs to a beach club and you have to pay. You also cannot take drinks on to the beach but you also cannot buy from the bar we had to be taken to bar by beach security the rules are strange maybe they need changing slightly as the beach is lovely but its confusing for hotel guests maybe put a sign up for hotel guests, the vibe is good here music is great we arrived the same day kube wave event was on and it was a god vibe allday. We ate at La Brasserie restaurant every night as the food is amazing and the portions are very big. Highly recommend the food and the staff are fantastic with great hospitality especially the one young man he was amazing always had a chat with us about football etc. The cheese springs rolls are amazing also the kebabs they are huge. The food prices are good for a hotel very similar cost to what we pay in the uk for a meal out, we also had breakfast here small choice but it was enough for us. We also had drinks in shift 7 the barmans really friendly, the bar is very clean, some amazing interiror the view overlooking the sea is great. If you require a shop you either need to jump in an uber to Lulus supermarket which is about 5 minutes in car or if you walk out of reception doors turn right head up the dual carriagways there is a small supermarket in walking distance. Hotel is a great location from the airport only a short drive away. Malls are quite local to if you jump in a uber. Had an amazing time here hated leaving to go home if we visit again we will definatley use this hotel. The hospitality is faultless thankyou for an amazing stay.

Muy tranquilo hotel, la actualización automática del tipo de habitación es intimidad, el paisaje es muy bueno

El 9 de octubre de 2022 a las 15:00, fui a visitar a un amigo que se ingresó en una de sus habitaciones para ayudarme a arreglar algo con mi instrumento musical. No hay saludos ni siquiera un agradable bienvenido, pero hay un personal de seguridad en un uniforme de seguridad azul claro que se encargará de usted con mucha fuerza, lo que es un gesto muy rudo. Este rudo personal de seguridad detenido me detuvo y me pidió una identificación (no más saludos en absoluto) Fui a la recepción y entregué mi identificación para verificación que es creo que es un estándar de política del hotel y entiendo desde que he trabajado casi por casi Todos los hoteles y resorts de lujo 5-Star en Bahréin, luego de repente las cosas se confundieron. El personal de la recepción que entregué mi ID me dijo que la habitación está reservada para 2 personas/pax, dije que estaba bien y me dijo que pagaría por la suma de Doce Dinars Bahraini (BHD 12) y entonces me pregunté “¿Por qué pagaría por 12 BHD? ¡Y el recepcionista respondió: ”Sí, por visita tuvo que pagar BHD 12” y me sorprendió! Trabajé en cuatro temporadas, The Ritz, Sofitel, pero nunca me encontré encargando a un visitante sólo para visitar a un amigo. Pero el receptor tiene una buena respuesta de seguimiento, dijo: “¿Son preciosos hotel nohh? Somos un hotel barato por lo que estamos cobrando a un visitante por eso” y yo estaba como, “Wallah... Bravo” Me dejaron ir, pero en una condición para quedarme sólo por 5 minutos. Y sí después de 5 minutos, llamaron a la habitación y se fueron a la habitación con un guardaespaldas y un hombre árabe hablando/aparente que llevaba una camiseta negra y jeans regulares. Sólo depende de su horario de trabajo de las 15:00 a la mañana.

Visitamos este hotel el 1 de abril de 2019. El hotel es modesto pero interesante. Estuvieron en el sistema de desayuno-superior. En mi opinión, esto es exactamente lo que se adapta. Porque, al mar, tomarán autobuses de 9 a.m. y tomarán a 13.00 (como). Es decir, el almuerzo será todo el camino. Además, nos fuimos a visitar la ciudad, como Guida ofreció para los precios locos. Más precisamente, no tomamos las visitas, sino que miramos la web donde y qué, y nos fuimos en autobuses. Nos despertamos sólo por la noche y hubo una tormenta de arena, un poco. Muy interesante. La mañana - como nada ha sucedido. Bvhrain es una pequeña isla, y Manama es especialmente, pero la gente es muy bienvenida. Especialmente los hindúes. Ayuda, sugerencia, dime. Ellos caminaron a la base de la OTAN, el World Trade Center, el mercado, el Calat al Bahrein (una visita gratuita) y en las calles. It is a very nice hotel, a bit pricey though. They service is impeccable and their team is very courteous The apartments looks similar to photos and clean. A special thank you to Avinash from house keeping team. I was sick and he noticed that while doing the regular housekeeping and he brought a blanket and kept checking on me and offered to get me any thing from outside. That goes beyond his job and I'm very thankful for that. Thanks again
