We have been to Premier Inns a lot, it being our main hotel of choice. After getting lost in the woods and industrial estate (we came on the train from Malvern Link) we eventually found the hotel. We made a stop to The Thyme, which was OK, and after had a little stroll in the community woods. As far as the hotel room went, it was a bit smaller than other premier inns, and it did have some wear and tear, but did the job. All in all, the staff were nice, the hotel a bit shabby, and if you are not coming by car, it is a bit of a pain to get to.

Stunning location we came here to hike the Malvern hills, which we could see from our bedroom window. Parking felt safe and was free. Plenty of spaces. The hotel is a stones throw from aldi and M&S/lots of stores, there is a McDonald's. You an drive 10 mins to the town and loads of restaurants to choose from. The town is very pretty. Stunning area.

I have stayed in several Premier Inns in the past but the Malvern Hotel is probably the best. The room an food were up to the usual high standard but what made this one stand out was the staff. Friendly, helpful and cheerful. Always happy to go the extra mile. Will definitely stay here whenever we visit Malvern.

The Premier Inn was Excellent Value for Money and the Location was Excellent too! Really comfortable bed and an excellent nights sleep!

Excellent hotel. Clean and as expected with good facilities. Friendly helpful staff and perfect location for me, this trip. Very good value for money in quite a pricey area.

A pretty average Premier Inn but now in need of a bit ot TLC. The bedroom furniture needed an upgrade, there was a bulb out in the bathroom and the toilet seat was very loose (does no-one check these things or do they just rely on guests to report them?) The continental breakfast was poor - cereal, fruit, 3 pots of yoghurt, cheap sliced bread, 6 croissants, a couple of pastries and the rest of the shelves were empty. On the plus side, the reception staff were very cheery and helpful.

Very well run and clean Premier Inn - I would stay again. Service was efficient and cheerful and room clean and quiet. The extra pillows were a nice touch and the fill it yourself tea and coffee made life easy. Food was good and breakfast very satisfying.

We are generally great fans of Premier Inns unfussy style, comfortable beds and food. However this hotel is showing signs of distress and wear. Our room was shabby. The TVs remote didn't function correctly, so could only scroll thro all stations to find one to watch. The "King size" bed seemed uncomfortable full of springs and was "too small". So all in all pretty miserable hotel room.
