Excellent 15 days vacations. Last year 1 week, this summer 15 days. If God let us live 2027 gonna be 21 or 22. Location , hospitality, food , all bars on beach and swimming pools full of versus pleasent bartenders. Drinks delicious !!!

Perfect hotel especially for family with small kids, big garden and palms trees,mini golf, playgrounds and activities for sport at pool, gym, intertainment theater. Foods are many options. Experienced crete Massage with Ms Eleni it was very good especially for my back pain. The photographer Angy she was super amazing, we did family photo shooting with her as well , we so happy with her amazing job.Staff Restaurant some are very friendly especially Maria. Hotel are huge I would say it's like a resort, there are another rooms at Bravo which are very nice . We stay at the room with beach view terrace was perfect. There is a little sweet café serving traditional crete coffee was my favorites spot.

Excellent place to rest. Location staff hospitality food & drinks perfect. I'll be back in June 2027 with my wife for a third time Despina & Mihajlo are the best bartenders on the island.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. It has a beautiful garden with plenty of greenery. It's right on the beach with a gentle slope into the water. Free sun loungers are available on the beach and by the pool. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Malia and its additional advantage is that it is quiet. The rooms are clean and have renovated bathrooms. The staff is always smiling and helpful. The food is excellent, with something for everyone, though the breakfasts are repetitive, but that's the case with all hotels. I consider my 15-day stay a very enjoyable one. This is a hotel you'll want to return to. For Greece, I think the price is at an acceptable level. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The transfer given by the tyarvel agency was a bit longer than desired, as there can be many stops to collect and drop off other guests, and the traffic can be quite challenging. There were also roadworks during our visit — it took 1.5 hours at midnight to reach the hotel and 2 hours on the way back to the airport. If that bothers you, consider booking a private transfer to save 1H. This is nothing the hotel can control; just an FYI. The benefit of the hotel's location, however, is that it's the last property between Malia and the port, so the beach is large with plenty of umbrellas and sunbeds. A very nice beach with fine sand and crystal-clear water. Great snorkelling too — you can swim out to the so-called Church Island. If you're a passionate swimmer, you can head in the direction of the harbour and back. The water is clear and not very deep, making it pleasant to swim long distances with no dark, deep, scary stretches. The beach is very close to the hotel, so you can easily switch between the beach, pool, room, and bar. There are two pools. One is more relaxing with no music; the second is used for animations, so it's livelier. It's up to you to decide what you prefer. We had a standard room with a double bed and a bunk bed. Our 13-year-old son is 170 cm tall, and the bunk bed was already too small for him. It wasn't a concern on the first day, but he soon complained as it was uncomfortable — he basically had to sleep diagonally. The safe is not included in the room price. There is a fridge in the room, but no beverages are provided. There are no queues at the bars, though, so that shouldn't be a concern. There is a shop in the hotel and also plenty of shops nearby if you need to pick up anything you're missing. I don't drink alcohol, and I'm not sure how common non-alcoholic beer is in Greece, but it would be a nice addition for the hotel to consider as part of the all-inclusive offer. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all very good. The afternoon snack bar is more basic but overall fine. I did miss some items like ice cream and watermelon, which are served at lunch but not offered at the snack bar. For coffee lovers, the coffee is below average. At the bars you can get better coffee, but it's not included in the all-inclusive package. Room service was very good. It's great to see the hotel investing in sustainability — solar panels, water consumption management, and an AC system that uses geothermal cooling drawn from underground. They also use reusable plastic glasses at the bars. The hotel could consider switching to paper straws, though. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with an excellent sandy beach. I would consider returning and would definitely recommend it to others.

My masseuse was Eva. She created a pleasant and calm atmosphere and has a great radiance. The massage was super relaxing all in all :)

We spent 12 days at this hotel and overall I rate our stay very highly. The hotel is huge, extremely green, and divided into several areas with completely different atmospheres, so I genuinely think everyone can find something that suits them. The hotel and its different areas The Village area is simply phenomenal — elegant, atmospheric, with a beautiful swimming pool, a children’s pool, very comfortable sun loungers, a restaurant and a beach bar. Visually, it definitely feels more premium and is simply beautiful to look at. In the main part of the hotel there are two swimming pools. One is more lively, with activities and entertainment taking place around it, while the second one is much quieter, with no organised activities. The quieter pool also has a beautiful view — the garden on one side and the sea on the other. There are also some really nice beach bars. One of them is not included in the all-inclusive package, but hotel guests receive a discount there. Overall, the hotel has so many beautiful, stylish and atmospheric spots, and in my opinion this is something that the photos used in travel agency offers simply do not show properly. The Annex area deserves a separate mention because before coming here I had seen some negative comments about it. Personally, I think they are completely unfair. The Annex is located on the other side of the road and yes, you do have to walk a little further from the main hotel area, but we are talking about roughly 200 metres from reception, not some enormous distance. The area itself is very peaceful, atmospheric and quiet. There is no bar there, but for me that is actually part of its charm. If you want to sit somewhere away from the noise of the main hotel area, especially in July when the hotel is naturally busier, it is a perfect place. You also walk past a very atmospheric little Greek café, run by an extremely friendly gentleman. The prices there are absolutely not expensive either. Honestly, when you compare the price of coffee in Greece with the price of coffee in Poland, especially in Warsaw, it is almost funny how pleasantly surprised you can be by Greek prices. So for me, the Annex was absolutely not a disadvantage. Quite the opposite — it gave the hotel even more variety. Rooms and staff Our room was spacious and completely sufficient for us. The beds were very comfortable. I honestly do not know what else I would need from a hotel room, although I should mention that I am the kind of person who spends almost no time in the room when I am on holiday. The staff were pleasant and helpful, especially the reception team. The only thing that surprised me slightly was that this was probably the first hotel where members of staff did not always say “good morning” first. However, I absolutely would not describe them as rude. They always responded, they were friendly, and we did not have a single unpleasant interaction.
