Neon Hotel

What an amazing place !!! We had a fantastic time . Rooms were absolutely spotless . Beds were comfortable . Showers had plenty of power in them and hot water available at all times . We loved it . When we arrived we were greeted by Pavlos who showed us to our rooms even though it was quite late. The beautiful Aristea at the front desk could not have been more accommodating and helpful . We requested more pillows and a clothes horse and it was provided straight away. The pool area is spotless and there is access to the beach from there . The pool bar is wonderful , lots of delicious snacks and salads on offer as well as delicious drinks all very reasonably priced . We had many lazy days around the pool and were very very well looked after by the wonderful Maria and Irina . We had 2 rooms , one facing the front of the hotel where the sun shone all day on the balcony and was great for people watching and one of the Sea and pool view rooms at the back . It was good for the soul to wake up every day to that view . Hotel is in a great location and not at all noisy at night times . All in all it is a lovely authentic Greek hotel run by the most hospitable family. We enjoyed their company very much and I would definitely go back .

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Clean hotel and an added touch the towels on bed made into a heart or shape. Breakfast was fresh and nice, just perfect for me. I didn't stay around pool or drink in the bar as I met friends. I slept well. Great location for me too. A solo traveller Thank you

Perfect location, beach just out the back of the hotel. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Maria and her family were all lovely. Always there to help or share some raki. Will visit again when back in Crete. Thanks very much for a lovely stay and for the olive oil! DJ and Olivia.

Great family hotel which is run by a big Greek family. Aristora and her sister Maria were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and our room was cleaned and fresh towels every day. We had the Greek breakfast in the hotel for 8 Euro, which consisted of watermelon, breads, eggs, cheese, cereal, meats, cakes, fruit, toast, jams, tea and coffee. The hotel is on the seafront and access to the beach made it a great location. Shops and bars within metres of the hotel. There were no sunbed wars here! Snack and food served throughout the day and a plentiful bar. The seaview rooms cost extra and next time we will be booking one of those.

Aristea and pavlos made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in until departing. The hotel was good , some of the staff were great and it has a lot of amenities. Pool is a good size, a bar and Stalis beach is moments away . If we come back to this part of the island again we would stay again.

Just returned from another fantastic holiday at this amazing hotel. We had a newly renovated family room which was lovely. They have done a brilliant job. The shower is fab. The family that run this hotel are just amazing Maria & Aristea are so lovely, they looked after us so well. I'm so glad we discovered this hotel 9 years ago now. We are so lucky to have met such a wonderful family and we can't wait to return again next year ❤️

Thank you, Neon Hotel. Your location was just what we were after, a proper Crete family hotel. The staff are so friendly, nothing too much trouble, we had a sea view room and WOW that view!!, The Bed was large and comfortable, the shower large and plentiful supply of hot water. Spotlessly clean, pool side food spot on. Will defo try and make time for a second visit.

Excellent service and very friendly staff.They even gave us free mosquito repellent. Cleaners came every day with fresh sheets and towels.Sea view was good. Thank you, we will come again.

When I arrived late at night I must of looked slightly disappointed… The hotel seemed very old fashioned and needed a lick of paint and a couple of upgrades. After waking up to the sound of the sea, and the beautiful smiles of the fantastic family and staff who run this friendly hotel. You are treated as one of the family… It’s a privilege to have stayed here. I have absolutely loved every day of my 18 night stay … Maria in the bar and her colleague are so funny 🤣 and have always gone out of their way to talk to me. Also Aresthea has been incredible helping me with issues nothing to do with my hotel stay … nothing is impossible for her help and assistance I am truly grateful.( probably spelled your name wrong… I apologise x ) This hotel is spotlessly clean and the pool is huge and it’s fantastic to have the gorgeous beach a few steps up from the garden! I will definitely be returning, as soon as possible! There weren’t a lot of other English tourists, however that was absolutely no problem for me!!!
