Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Greeted with rules: Don’t leave anything on the floor Take your breakfast dishes and cups back and scrape food off and put cutlery in a separate pot Wash your feet outside if you have been to the beach Don’t put anything on top of cupboard it might get scratched Don’t bring your own drinks to the pool (even though the bar wasn’t in use) hence I had to go to a different hotel and pay to spend my day there. The bathroom smelled of urine (leaky toilet) The shower area had nothing to stop the water flooding the whole bathroom and outside the bathroom which made it slippery and dangerous. The towels and sheets weren’t changed for over a week Cleaning very poor bed covers just thrown on the bed Breakfast was very poor and we had to pay to get it somewhere else Had a 11.45pm flight and asked to keep the room and this was refused! Asked if we could shower somewhere and was told we could use the shower outside (the one to clean sand off your feet)

Very unfriendly staff! Nothing is allowed or possible: no hot water, no umbrellas, no AC (only if paying), no open windows, no shower gel, towels chanced once of 3 days! Very poor breakfast and the same breakfast every day!

Lovely hotel. Clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Ideal location, handy for the beach, bars, and restaurants. Lovely pool area. Good breakfast. Another excellent stay. Thanks to all the staff for making it so enjoyable.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days. The room was clean and the hotel had been renovated. Breakfast was the same every morning, but it offered a variety of options. Dinner was served at a hotel 200m away. We didn't enjoy the dinner due to the uniform taste of the dishes. While the food was filling, it wasn't exceptional. The pool was all right, but unfortunately, there was no poolside bar. Air conditioning was available for an additional 8 euros per day, and the towels were changed every 3 days, while the sheets were not changed throughout our 7-day stay. One inconvenience was that if you returned after 23:00, the staff would speak in hushed tones at the reception and all the lights would be turned off, which seemed a bit overdramatic. However, the staff was really friendly and accommodating. Despite these minor inconveniences, we are definitely considering coming back again!

The employees are the worst in this hotel. There is no compassion towards their guests. They purposely make your stay a horrible experience and they truly don’t care. We were woken up multiple times in the morning by the loud music playing from the reception that is basically two meters away from our room. When asked to turn it down they did but after breakfast we got yelled at and falsely accused that we broke something in our room. The woman working was so rude and unprofessional she made us feel uncomfortable and guilty for asking her to turn down the music early in the morning. After that incident the whole staff knew what happened and they were nonchalantly gossiping in front of us. The rooms are dirty and not properly cleaned. You don’t get new towels for three days. You must pay for the AC 8 euros per day. Fridges in the room also don’t work properly. Breakfast is the same every morning and the food is stale. When in your room you hear every move someone makes outside. The walls are basically thin as paper, so we couldn’t sleep especially in the mornings around 6, 7 am.

Quiet and relatively clean hotel. However, they haven’t changed our towels for one week of our stay. The biggest problem is how the people running the hotel are acting. The hotel is the most important thing to them and they couldn’t care less about the guests. It’s almost like they see hotel guests as enemies. I visited the hotel in June and stayed for a week. The ladies working there didn’t know my partner speaks greek. They spend all evenings gossiping about the guests downstairs. It made us feel uncomfortable to pass through the lobby. They also look around the rooms to find little problems like hanging the towels on the balcony chairs. We also encountered two situations where they falsely accused people of breaking something in the room that wasn’t their fault. They look at you in a mean manner trying to find an issue, they will find the smallest piece of sand on your shoe and yell at you because of it. God forbid you have a drop of water on your flip flops. It made the stay soooo unpleasant. Also there’s no bar or even water if you arrive after 24:00 you might have a problem since there’s nothing to drink and stores are already closing.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gelegen, mitten in der Meile, nähe von Restaurants, Bar und Strand. Strand ist wirklich sehr Nah, sowie Super-Markt ca 150m entfernt Sauberkeit der Zimmer für ein 3 Sterne Hotel sehr sauber Frühstück ist klein und fein hat Brot, Milch, Kaffe, Müsli, Eier, Wurst, Früchte etc. Bei Halbpension: Abendessen ist im Hotel ca 200m weg, 4 Sterne-Hotel, sehr sehr gute Küche, leider ohne Getränke (Kosten 3 Euro pro Glas wenn man was Trinken will) vielleicht liesse sich da noch was einrichten. Personal sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Safe ist nur gegen Gebür erhältlich (Beschreibung bei Migro nicht erwähnt) Klimaanlage gegen gebühr Preis ist akzeptabel Strand ist sehr Sandig, hat aber auch orte mit Steine muss sich gut Orientieren. Liegen hat es keine, links und Rechts sind reserviert für Hotels. Bin den Strandabschnitt rauf und Runter habe keine Mietstelle entdeckt. Der Platz zur Verfügung ca. 20m (eigenstrand). Empfehlung grosses Tuch, Sonnenschirm (Strandschirm) mitnehmen oder einen Kaufen so um die ~10 Euro

Wir verbringen insgesamt 14 Tage in diesem Hotel und sind leider sehr enttäuscht. Das Hotel entspricht in mehreren wichtigen Punkten nicht der Beschreibung und erfüllt unsere Erwartungen in keiner Weise. Der größte Kritikpunkt ist die fehlende Klimaanlage-an einem Tag wird der Aufpreis von 8€ verlangt an anderen 10€. Bei Außentemperaturen von über 35 °C wird das Zimmer extrem heiß und ist kaum bewohnbar. Eine funktionierende Klimaanlage sollte unter diesen Bedingungen selbstverständlich sein und war laut Beschreibung auch Bestandteil der Buchung. Die Zimmer sind zudem sehr hellhörig, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken ist. Auch das Frühstücksangebot überzeugt nicht. Die Frühstückszeit von lediglich 08:00 bis 09:45 Uhr ist für ein Urlaubshotel sehr knapp bemessen. Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit unseren Beschwerden. Wir haben mehrfach versucht, die Probleme direkt mit dem Hotel zu klären und baten ausdrücklich um ein Gespräch mit dem Manager. Dies wurde uns jedoch verweigert. Stattdessen wurden wir immer wieder an das Reisebüro beziehungsweise den Buchungskanal verwiesen. Eine lösungsorientierte oder kundenfreundliche Reaktion haben wir leider nicht erlebt. Auch die hygienischen Zustände geben Anlass zur Kritik. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass benutztes Toilettenpapier nicht in die Toilette, sondern in einen kleinen Mülleimer entsorgt werden müsse, der nur alle drei Tage geleert wird. Bei Temperaturen um die 40 °C empfinden wir das als äußerst unhygienisch. Ein weiterer gravierender Kritikpunkt betrifft die Sicherheit. Der Zimmerschlüssel muss bei jedem Verlassen des Hotels an der Rezeption abgegeben werden. Bei der Rückkehr reicht es offenbar aus, lediglich die Zimmernummer zu nennen, um den Schlüssel zu erhalten. Eine Identitätskontrolle findet nicht statt. Da sich im Zimmer persönliche Dokumente und Wertgegenstände befinden und ein Safe nur gegen Aufpreis angeboten wird, halten wir dieses Vorgehen für unverantwortlich. Seit wir diese Mängel angesprochen haben, haben wir zudem den Eindruck, dass wir an der Rezeption bewusst ignoriert werden. Freundlichkeit und Servicebereitschaft sind leider nicht erkennbar. Angesichts eines Reisepreises von rund 2.400 € hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Eine funktionierende Klimaanlage, angemessene Hygienestandards, sichere Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten und ein professioneller Umgang mit Gästen sollten selbstverständlich sein. Wir können dieses Hotel daher leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ottima scelta! Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati molto bene, spiaggia di sabbia con mare spettacolare a 2 minuti a piedi tagliando bella stradina fronte hotel. La nostra camera era in ottime condizioni, spazi adeguati, ben tinteggiata e con arredamento nuovo, bello anche il bagno, molto comodo il balcone. Nessun rumore serale, aria condizionata e cassaforte opzionali a pagamento. La colazione non è male, certo scordatevi quella con super offerta dolce ma del resto se volete un 5 stelle avete sbagliato a prenotare. Personale gentile e premuroso in caso di necessità, pagando abbiamo ottenuto un late check out fino alle 1930 del giorni di partenza. Carina la piscina posteriore dove mancano però un po' di ombrelloni. Se arrivate tardi non è facile capire come accedere alla struttura, ci vorrebbe un bel citofono. Per il parcheggio non abbiamo avuto problemi essendocene hbi gratuito sterrato a 100 metri. Alla prossima occasione
