Swiss Garden es una marca en la que confiamos ya que nos habíamos alojado antes en su otro hotel. Y en cuanto a Malaca, esta es nuestra segunda vez. Todo era bueno; Nos permitieron registrarnos temprano. Los servicios son excelentes, personal amable y servicial. La ubicación es buena; cerca de kg morten y junto al río. Puede disfrutar de la vista del río y de kg morten. Muchos lugares para comer cerca. El desayuno que se ofrece también es bueno: hay muchas variedades entre las que podemos elegir. Realmente disfruté de mi estancia en Swiss Garden.

Este Hotel y Residencia está equipado con enormes habitaciones, una estrategia eficaz para impresionar a sus huéspedes. Mis comentarios para mejorar son los siguientes: 1) Orientar a sus huéspedes sobre el nivel exacto de las habitaciones del hotel. 34005 está escrito en la tarjeta de mi habitación, no aparece 34 en el botón del ascensor. Regresé a recepción y me dijeron que era el nivel 33A. 2) Esperar tu/mi turno para entrar en cualquiera de los cuatro ascensores es una tarea dolorosa durante la temporada alta. 3 min para subir a un ascensor. Llegar del nivel 33A al piso G puede consumir fácilmente al menos entre 8 y 12 minutos, ya que se detiene en cada nivel. Un bebé lloraba en su cochecito mientras esperaba que el ascensor llegara al piso G. Él había estado antes que yo en el ascensor congestionado y mal ventilado. Nos encontramos en el nivel 33A y tardamos 7 minutos en llegar al piso G. 3) Ofrecer más variedades de desayuno buffet. Entiendo que este hotel ofrece un precio asequible para una estancia cómoda, especialmente para una familia numerosa, y mucho mejor que las pequeñas habitaciones de hotel de Jonker Walk. No podemos quejarnos mucho del buffet. En mi humilde opinión, el hotel puede añadir dos o tres platos que representen la cultura Peranakan en Melaka. Sería una experiencia maravillosa para nosotros. 4) Para quienes visitan por primera vez como yo, presten atención al enorme estacionamiento en el nivel 7. Hay al menos 3 vestíbulos con ascensor y terminé llegando al vestíbulo del Swiss Hotel, al restaurante De Wan y al vestíbulo del hotel durante mi visita. estancia nocturna. Puede resultar útil disponer de carteles claros que indiquen a qué vestíbulo llega cada hotel/punto de venta. 5) Lo más importante es adoptar las mejores prácticas para dar la bienvenida y saludar a sus invitados en la recepción. Como mencioné, no todos sabríamos que el nivel 34 que está escrito en la tarjeta de nuestra habitación es en realidad el nivel 33A en el botón del ascensor. Alertarles/ayudarlos/a mí es una excelente manera de ir más allá y dejar una impresión duradera. Gracias

My initial impression of the hotel was normal but the hotel staffs were very friendly and provided awesome services. Upon checking, I found stains on the pillow. I raised the matter to the staff and he replaced it very quickly. After my shopping, I returned back to the room and found stain on the blanket quilt which was then replaced very quickly by the staff. The staffs are all very friendly and greeted me whenever they see me. The amenities are great too. The gym is very clean and all equipment are well maintained. The infinity swimming pool is good too! Overall, it was a good experience and the hotel definitely have to work towards providing stainless sheets.

Este hotel es muy bueno para un viaje corto, 1. El personal es amigable, el lobby también ofrece cocina gratuita 2. El dueño de negocios realmente piensa de la caja, se da un freebies desde que me inspecciono 3. Las instalaciones son atractivas que otros, VR juegos, pero no para niños pequeños, los jóvenes pueden venir aquí y experimentar el futuro. 4. This is a hotel that will make your stay perfectly memorable and enjoyable! It has all the elements that bring you close to the local heritage. The hotel management spent 5 years from designing to building it, retaining most of the original heritage while allowing patrons to enjoy all modern facilities. Loving the idea of “daily movie night” - it’s a well thought activity for those who are too tired to travel in evenings. Service crews are mostly friendly, and I enjoy their kind gesture and flexibility. It’s not as costly as the other few top-tiered heritage hotels. I highly recommend this hotel who those who love simplicity yet still hope to feel close to the local heritage.

This is my second time to stay in this hotel, after a few year after I still choosing this hotel. So far everything still good for me just having some unpleasant experience need to feedback. Firstly, I’m booking this hotel room with 2 single bed, but after check at the counter they only can provide me one king-bed, I staying with my sister I tell that we want seperate bed room, at the end they give add in one additional portable bed in my room. So that I only can let me sister using the king size bed and I’m tall and big size guy using the portable bed for 2 night and make me very uncomfortable. Second, the hotel room like a signal blocking zone, our mobile phone 5g own data like very weak signal to receive in there, and the hotel WiFi provided by was more funny, some time appear some time disappear. Third. the room should doing some maintenance, some corner the wood is chip, in the bathroom the shower hanger is damage and the shower very dirty of water mark, please do a proper cleaning next time. Since it’s stated is a 4-5 stars hotel then should provide the worthy and value for customer spend the money.

We got the kids suite. Some things that may be useful to others. Location. It’s a so-near-yet-so-far situation. We can see the main attractions from our room. Seems very walkable. But because of the highway right in front of the hotel, we have to go one big round to get to the main attractions. As such, I wouldn’t advise walking. We took grab everywhere. Waiting time may be longer as it’s not KL. Affordable option though. Grab drivers were friendly and recommended places to go. Room. Spacious for the 3 of us. Kid loved the bunk bed, little tent they set up, kids table and chair with colouring materials. Very thoughtful of the hotel. Toilet seems a little dated. I believe it’s an older hotel, but can see the efforts to spruce the environment. Bathrobes and bathroom slippers provided. Hotel amenities. Decent gym. Good enough for a holiday workout. Basic swimming pool, infinity concept. Breakfast spread was actually very decent, contrary to what we had read from previous previews. Service was great. Staff always did their best to advise and render help. Would recommend this room for families with 1 or 2 kids. Very spacious.

¡Me encanta el hotel, muy recomendado! El hotel de 4 estrellas es muy agradable, me encanta personalmente el techo de la habitación y el interior de la toalla, lo que hace que sea como hoteles de lujo. El hotel está a unos 3 km de A’famosa y el estacionamiento está aparcamiento gratuito en frente del hotel. ¡Estoy ansioso por quedarme aquí otra vez!

La habitación está bien. No está tan limpio porque siento que la alfombra no está aspirada. Hay muchas pegatinas alrededor de la habitación si dañas cuánto te cobrarán hasta que mi esposo dijo que deberían llamarse hotel E-Charged. También se cobrará una almohada extra. Cargo por check-in anticipado. Cargo por salida tardía. Pero como necesitamos un lugar donde dormir por la noche, diría que esta es la primera y última visita. Gracias.

I had an overnight trip with parents during CNY period. It is very fabulous and wonderful service from the hotel. This is my first time to stay. Definitely paying such fee is worth it as their service quality is very great. Of course facility there also can satisfy me well. I like their shower system as well. Quite nice and comfortable. I definitely will pay for next stay again if have chance of coming to Malacca.
