Tun Fatimah Riverside Hotel

A few times staying at the hotel. The room is clean and tidy. The air-conditioning is cool but a little noisy. The staff at the hotel is friendly and helpful. Easy to get food and beverage at the surrounding area.

Room was good. Pls maintain toilet 🚽 🪠..Others is superb ..lighting also good

Cleaning service must be done daily but it not happened in this hotel..it's only done upon request..so perhaps the hotel must improve this issue and to be done everyday for cleaning service.

Strategic location and cheap. Nice melaka river view. Got charger point at bed.... But no fridge, only provide 1 bar soap. The hallway carpet is dirty.

The room was ok, same goes to the view. You can definitely see the river from where ur staying. Please take high floors

Just Location ok. Toilet is leaking and smelly. There is no iron just board iron in room and no hairdryer. The hotel let you check in 3pm onwards.

The location is on the quiter side of the river. Room was very spacious for its price. Althought it was an outdated hotel, it didn't bother us as long as it's clean, bu it wasn't. The carpets were smelly, cabinets and tables were dusty, toilet seat had stains left (tried to removed it with a tissue and alcohol, luckly it worked!), used shower cap was left in the bathroom, the mugs were stained (either very old or not cleaned properly). And that is not the worst part yet. When we were ready to sleep, we suddenly experienced itching! And then later found BED BUGS!!! The was no one available personnel who could address our problem only a security guard and 2 housekeeping personnel. They did not know how to help us. I needed to repeatedly ask them to transfer us to another room. At first they refused stating there were no alvailable rooms. When they tried to replace the linens, anothe bed bug was found inside the pillow case. That is when I demanded to give us another room since they did not even have a bug spray! They only spray an air freshener. So they end up calling an off-duty receptionist so that we could transfer to a different room. It took us almost an hour to settle the problem and it was 12 midnight at that time. I was really trying to keep my temper to not be rude to the people who tried to help us. I hope the management would step up and improve their services because not all guest would be as understanding. We had bed bug bites and was still thinking of how to solve everything in behalf of the management. So dissappointing!
