Came to full fill Umrah Hotel is very nice and clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a bus service every 30 minutes to Haram. Really enjoyed my stay here will be coming back if I get the opportunity again. I recommend this hotel as there are shops nearby as well.

Overall, we had a good experience, the location is family friendly although it’s a bit far from the Haram but the free shuttle service was available. The bathroom need a bit repairing as the sink was broken, the carpets should be cleaned

The park inn Radisson is my favourite because all the service’s check in check out all sections staff are very helpful and friendly. I wish them best of luck. Keep up the good work. My request (advice) improve the shuttle service during the Ramadan

The hotel is very beautiful and clean, staff treated us with a very warm welcome. Staff were also very friendly and helpful the entire stay. Breakfast choices variety was very good and tasty. The staff always made sure we were well looked after. Cleaned the rooms everyday on request and done very efficiently. Above all the floors Manager Mr Nizamüddin give us the hospitality we will remember. We wish him all the best.

Hotel is good and clean, the only con is that it has very limited shuttle bus to come back from Haram to hotel. They need to increase the frequency of shuttle buses on return.

لقد تم ترقية الحجز الي غرفة عائلية متصلة مقابل ٧٥ ريال في الليلة ، وعند تسجيل الدخول فوجئنا بموظف الاستقبال يخبرنا ان ثمن الترقية ٣٠٠ ريال في الليلة ثم اطلعته مستخرج من موقعكم الالكتروني بان اجمالي التكلفة للاربع ليالي ٣٠٠ ريال وليس كما يقول موظفكم ١٢٠٠ ريال ، طلب موظفكم مهلة لمراجعة النظام ثم اخبرني انه السيستم حدث به خطا وان سعر الترقية ٣٠٠ ريال لليلة وليس ٧٥ ريال كما هو ظاهر بموقعكم وكما هو ظاهر في تاكيد الترقية لدي ، وان اقصي شئ يمكن عملة هو جعل الليلة ب ٢٠٠ ريال بدلاً من ٣٠٠ ريال. للاسف لم يكن لدينا خيار نظراً لازدحام وعدم امكانية ايجاد غرفة اخري بسعر مناسب في هذا الوقت الضيق ، ولو كان موقعكم به سعر صحيح من البداية لكان امامنا العديد من الخيارات الاخري افضل من سعر فندقكم الذي اضطررنا اليه. علي كل الاحوال هذه ستكون اخر مرة نكون ضيوف في فندقكم ، فلقد كانت تجربة سيئة جداً.

This is a five star hotel however I'd rate the room we stayed in more like a three star hotel. I believe everything about this hotel reflects a five star rating except the rooms. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was amazing. Room service and restaurant food options was immaculate. They have a shuttle that leaves the hotel on the hour and leaves Al Haram every half hour. Masjid Aisha Al Raji is a five minute walk away. Most of the five minutes is spent leaving the hotel. The location of the hotel is far enough from the business of Al Haram area while the shuttle service is a great perk to get to Al Haram. I would stay at this property again.

I like this place. I recommend is a good place to stay with family and friends.

كانت اقامة حلوه وموقع الفندق ونظافته وقربه من جميع الخدمات مميز وحسن تعامل الموظفين ولباقتهم مع النزلاء يشكرون عليها صراحة وتوفير باصات النقل الى الحرم مجانيه على مدار الساعة مشكورين جدا الملاحظات فقط في وقت تسجيل الخروج
