The hotel was good food wasn’t good

Excellent staff and great location

Everything was good but they didn’t tell us about the bridge inside the hotel to Kaaba, they are very nice and they didn’t charge me for the breakfast

Very nice property. You can tell the hotel is very well-maintained. All spaces are very clean with great fragrances. Not bad, walking distance from the holy mosque.

Awful experience. Sounds of construction non stop. Terrible location. And nothing nearby. Will not be staying here again.

Very pleasant stay and great location for visiting the Haram. Happy to stay at the hotel when we next visit.

Good facility never tried before, uphill walk was little difficult from Haram to the hotel.

Spacious room with great amenities and good option for breakfast spread. There is connecting bridge for walk to Haram but a bit steep for the walk back to hotel

Walkable to the mosque and close to the dining options near the Haram.. kind staff

Blessed. 5-7 minutes to alharam. Wonderful staff, lobby smells so good! Friendly service especially Waad at front desk, she was lovely. Our housekeeper Saiful was great as well. Thank you for a pleasant stay. InshaAllah we will return. *************.

My family had a great time thanks to the great service of one of the attendants named Saiful Islam. He made sure our ammenities were all in good shape and went above and beyond to serve our needs. Overall a pleasant experience.
