El lugar excelente , muy limpio , buenos cuartos , muchos lugares para visitar cerca , para el precio les falta mejorar la atención al cliente en el restaurante

Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Shangri-La de Makati con nuestra familia fue absolutamente increíble. El servicio fue excepcional: el personal fue increíblemente atento, amable y siempre se esmeró en garantizar nuestra comodidad. Las instalaciones del hotel eran excepcionales: una hermosa piscina y un gimnasio bien equipado. La oferta gastronómica era fantástica, con comidas deliciosas para todos los gustos, tanto para adultos como para niños. El desayuno fue especialmente impresionante, con una amplia variedad de platos frescos y sabrosos. La ubicación también era perfecta: céntrica y práctica, con centros comerciales y atracciones cerca. Nos facilitó muchísimo explorar la ciudad. Nuestra estancia en Shangri-La fue realmente inolvidable, ¡y estamos deseando volver para otras vacaciones familiares!

Well maintained property, albeit showing its age a bit here and there. Pros: great location, helpful staff, nice view of the makati area from the room.

I had a really good stay, and it was actually 4 nights. I really like the pool, and the hotel location is super close to Glorietta, Greenbelt, and Landmark malls. Housekeeping was great, and front desk staff (thank you Cyrus) were kind and very helpful with information. The only one thing is that hotel is a little bit older, as could be seen with some of the wooden paneling and desk. In addition, the light switches were a bit confusing sometimes, and the carpet could use a change soon. However, the shower was hot and strong, and the overall room was very functional, with a LOT of storage space/options in the room. All facilities like the pool, the gym, and the restaurants looked great, and the lobby lounge is beautiful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends, and I can’t see myself looking for another hotel choice unless a competitor is offering a massive promotion. This is a great hotel in my opinion.

Vey apt for the type of vibe and community I want to be immersed in, love the hospitality of staff, old but gold in terms of facilities, great service also at their inhouse spa

Breakfast selection was excellent and the location was excellent also. Ayala malls is just a 2 min walk away from the hotel. Staff were friendly
