Valoraciones de Makati Palace Hotel

El hotel Totalmente diferente con las reseñas y fotos de trip.com ,en el momento de la reserva estaban incluidos dos desayunos y dos almuerzos pero en la recepción del hotel me dijeron que no había restaurante 👎

Always stay here whenever I go back to Philippines, always my first choice. Front desk girl should have more training in customer service , she is so unwelcoming

Very nice location and service. The only con is there is no buffet breakfast available. But we enjoyed our stay.. Thank you very much and Merry Christmas!!! 😃❤️

The hotel is a little dated and could benefit from some renovation particularly the elevators. The coffee shop never appeared to open and you have to leave the hotel for food. However it is centrally located in Makati and close to the many entertainment facilities and restaurants.

It’s a shame how the place looks so run down. We strolled through the Makati Palace Hotel and saw its beauty, but unfortunately, the place is not properly well maintained. • Stains on our sheets • Bathtub drain was rusting • We booked a Breakfast Buffet, but was only informed after we’re checking in that they don’t have that (they did provide a small meal straight to your room but I wouldn’t say it covers for an entire buffet). Overall, the entire hotel still has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, it’s very unhygienic and unorganised at the moment.

The staff was friendly, but the room had an awful odor—possibly from the carpet. The bed was uncomfortably hard, but the pool was clean and well-maintained, which was a nice

I recently stayed at Makati Palace Hotel and booked the Executive Suite, which was elegant, spacious, and well-maintained. The room itself met my expectations in terms of comfort and amenities. However, my overall experience was tainted by the location and unprofessional conduct of the guards on duty. The presence of street girls constantly lingering at the hotel entrance, openly conversing with the security personnel, gives the establishment a very cheap and unhygienic image. It creates an uncomfortable atmosphere for guests, making the hotel feel less like a reputable accommodation and more like an unwelcoming environment. For a hotel with such well-appointed rooms, it’s disappointing that the first impression at the entrance is so questionable. Management should take action to improve security and maintain a more professional front to ensure that guests feel safe and welcomed. Until these issues are addressed, I would hesitate to stay here again.

Great location if there for nightlife Good sized room Very noisy at night , very dated and basic rooms. Musty smell. Good if on a budget and there for nightlife

No one try to help me to being my luggage to my room and when i say i am checking out not even asking if i need help for luggage

Hotel in central of Manila easy to get good restaurant But the service is really poor.

This palace is nothing like the pictures. They hourly rent rooms, so this should tell you something about the hotel and it's position. The room was non-smoking but smells of it, probably from bygone days. It is central in Makati, so that is good. Easy access to food and bars. The people working here are nice and always helpful. I would stay again.

The hotel wasn’t it for me , elevator takes hours to work , shower was terrible and the hotel basically was giving old . With old tv and so on. It’s at the heart of the city and the rooms are spacious. Probably the only good thing about it . Lastly services aren’t efficient enough
