I and my family had a great stay, the room is indeed spacious and clean. Very good for a group. Easy check in and check out, friendly and helpful front desk. satisfied with the service, the amenities and all. Will definitely stay here again.

The ac is not cooling. Our room is too hot and bath mats were not provided, the cr floors are too slippery especially when it gets wet. We already had an incident in the cr during our last stay but it seems that there was no action taken. Hope this time mats shall be provided to prevent any incidents/ injuries due to slippery restroom. Thank you

Despite being in the city center, the room was incredibly quiet which made for a peaceful night's sleep. my overnight stay here was a memorable one. The hotel's dedication to providing excellent service and a comfortable environment for their guests is evident in every aspect of their operations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing overnight stay.

There isn't a zero star review for policy implementation. Definitely not a place to choose if you would want some peace and quiet to work or relax. Hotel allowed noisy karaoke singing at a room on the same floor I was staying at. Needless to say I didn't get the relaxation I badly needed.

Aircon has leak and old. But the place is cool and pool is clean. Kids love to swim at the pool though pool is closed for 4 hrs due to some issues.

This is a great hotel at a great price. Nice clean and spacious rooms. Super friendly staff. Excellent service. Just a few minor issues. Had trouble with the shower staying in shower mode. The switch was inconsistent. The elevator is super slow. If you don't mind these, this hotel is wonderful.
