The room was smaller than expected! We had no choice but to always go downstairs to the reception to request for services needed. The room had less pillows and couldn’t get comfortable,the didn’t allow food to be taken inside neither to warm it up with the microwave when cold. Worst of all we had to pay for wifi separately from the cost of the room for two nights!that was annoying and uncalled for. I hope they do better.

Perfect place to stay. Really loved a lot.

Staff was very happy and helpful, you leave a sign on your door for 11am if you need beds changed clean towels or extra tea bags etc. Was very happy with my stay, and will stay again

Contratas unos servicios que luego no te dan, como el desayuno y el check in más temprano de lo habitual(me hicieron pagar de nuevo ambas cosas),la encargada es muy grosera hablaba muy enfadada y chillandome todo el rato, empezó a través del idioma a poner dificultades para entendernos,luego las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado,no tienen WiFi,la limpieza es muy escasa,el ascensor estropeado (me dan la habitación en una quinta planta),las ventanas apenas se pueden abrir.

The front service is excellent had ach, ant as well as mars helping with customer service tried to assist with everything that I asked absolutely fantastic

Room smelt of feet, shower didn’t look stable, no soap in dispensers and 1 towel for 2 adults Just overall unpleasant

A friendly welcome, helpful staff, a great central location,high hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout

I really enjoyed my stay the room was spotless. The staff was very friendly and accommodating especially sarah down in reception makes you feel very welcome. The breakfast was of great quality and was very delicious all In all I would say I loved my stay and will definitely be booking again.

Stayed the weekend for my sister wedding. Checking in was easy, Terence made our stay so welcome and will definitely be staying again in the near future Didn't have time for breakfast, but it did smell lovely. Maybe next visit, I will book breakfast

Stayed the weekend for a family wedding We chose this hotel due to the location of the venue, The Staff from day one were Fantastic, especially Terence and Scott who made us feel welcome, We had breakfast the next morning which was lovely and tasty 😀 The morning staff were also great, especially Christine the manager who was helping out at breakfast Thank you Maidstone we had a wonderful stay

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and felt like a hard slab with lumps. The pillows have a very similar feel. The room looked appealing until the dust wafted when you moved around. Breakfast was raw, bacon looked like it had been boiled and the hash browns hadn't been cooked as I think they thought they would cook whilst sat under the heat lamps!! Perks - You can watch TV when sitting on the toilet! I appreciate it wasn't meant to be the Ritz, but when advertised a comfortable night's sleep, and in fact, you get no sleep, it is hugely disappointing

The pillows are fluffy and bed was so comfortable best night sleep ever, Didn't get time to have breakfast as I was running late for appointment but it did smell lovely, staff are lovely sorry can't remember all there names. Looking forward to staying again
