Questo hotel non è in una buona posizione per coloro che vogliono essere vicini ai trasporti, ma questo non mi ha influenzato perché ho scelto questa posizione per altri motivi. Questo hotel è il peggiore in cui sia mai stato per molte ragioni: non avrei lamentele se avessi pagato di meno. Ma ho pagato una fortuna per un hotel che non vale il prezzo. A cominciare da come funziona: conservano i nostri documenti per un'ora (non mi era mai successo) Al check in non mi hanno spiegato nulla, nemmeno gli orari della colazione. La stanza è minuscola. Wifi e TV non funzionano nell'edificio 2. La colazione (rispetto ad altre 3 stelle in cui sono stato) è molto scarsa: solo un tipo di pane, solo prosciutto e solo un formaggio, niente chorizo ​​​​o altri tipi di formaggio. Il check-out è troppo presto alle 10:30... mai visto una cosa del genere. Punti positivi per i quali non do una stella: personale cordiale, buona pulizia e diversi prodotti per l'igiene in camera sempre riforniti.

Probablemente pedirá pequeños trabajos de renovación en el baño y una limpieza completa de los muebles. En general, creemos que fue un servicio excelente y completo. Además este Hotel dispone de servicio de transporte en más o menos 6 horarios diferentes para los clientes. Para nosotros, la ubicación fue perfecta para el concierto al que asistimos cerca del estadio de San Siro.

Estaba en viaje de negocios con otros dos chicos. Pagué 274 € por una noche y creo que es demasiado. No hay nada especial sobre esto. Ubicado básicamente en el medio de la nada y, una vez más, muy caro. El grifo del lavabo del lavabo no funcionaba donde se supone que debería funcionar. Así que estaba cerca y si lo usabas... no salía agua, porque el grifo no abría... Quité el grifo... Pero lo más problemático y realmente malo es que la puerta de la habitación no siempre cerraba. A veces hay que abrirlo y cerrarlo 10 veces antes de que se bloquee. A veces 6 veces. Creo que la primera vez dejé la habitación abierta... Llegamos al hotel tarde por la noche y no quería empezar a cambiar la habitación, así que la jodí... ¿pero 274 € por noche? ? Mi amigo tuvo problemas con la calefacción/enfriamiento automático, no funcionaban los ajustes. Alguien vino y reinició/arrancó el sistema de calefacción/refrigeración. Ventanas sucias, no se pueden tomar fotografías, por ejemplo, del noveno piso.

Reservado para un evento en el Assago Forum, la ubicación está en la carretera de circunvalación, por lo que si no tiene un vehículo, moverse es difícil. La estructura está equipada con un servicio de transporte limitado en horarios gratuitos y de pago. El primer día no sabíamos dónde tomar el transporte y tuvimos algunos problemas, pero con un par de llamadas telefónicas nos contactaron, así que debo decir que están realmente disponibles. Precisamente por el punto, la estructura parece ser tranquila, con una enorme sala de desayunos y la posibilidad de cenar en el lugar en el restaurante con reserva. Federico en la recepción que nos atendió para el check in y nos brindó toda la información y nos ayudó con nuestras solicitudes de transporte (el conductor a veces se dedica a otras actividades y no queríamos crear molestias notificando nuestra solicitud un poco antes) . Todo muy bonito, con mi mujer embarazada de 5 meses no tuvimos problemas, habitaciones con camas grandes y limpias, bastante tranquilas y 4 ascensores, sin duda volveré con niños en el futuro.

Disgusting with every sense of the word. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. The whole stay was a disaster. My worst stay in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Let’s start with housekeeping. The first room had a spider in the bathroom. When I changed the room, the second room had insects on the walls. I literally checked out and went to the airport 4 hours prior to my flight just to get away from the hotel. I?m willing to bet that most rooms are this dirty since both rooms I?ve been in were disgusting. Let’s talk about disrespectful and unprofessional. Now I understand that the staff might not be fluent in English, but they MUST have the decency, willingness and patience to help customers understand what they are saying. I called room service twice, and when they had a hard time explaining things to me, they guy said something in Italian and then hung up. RUDE. VERY RUDE. I literally had to call a third time and tell him not to hang up and slowly try to explain to me where my food is and how long is it going to take. It can?t be that a customer is willing and has more patience than the staff. Finally, the room service menu was very light. Needs more option. Literally they only had one pizza, fries, soup I think and maybe one other option. I have never been to a hotel where they didn?t have at least a burger option and a club sandwich option. But compared to my first two points, this one seems less important right now. I will DEFINITELY NEVER be coming back to stay at this hotel.

Maravilloso hotel por la calidad de sus instalaciones y el servicio en general y donde además nos hacen sentir como en casa; todo su personal, con Michelle y Veronica a la cabeza, es amable y simpáticos y especial mención también a la familia propietaria al frente del negocio y siempre atentos que se desviven por hacer que la estancia allí siempre sea estupenda..

The hotel staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. They did omit to notify us about the early breakfast they offer upon check-in, so make sure you ask about this if you have an early flight. They do also let you take drinks from the bar up to your room. Location and Travel Be aware of how far away the hotel is from Milan. From Duomo, you'll need to get on the red line (M1) towards RHO and get off at Lampugnano. The last bus from Lampugnano leaves at 20:00 back to Lainate. You will then need to get the 617 bus which drops you off outside Lidl and Maccies near the hotel. This is obviously not ideal if you want to spend the evening in Milan. We arrived during a national taxi strike which made the trip much more stressful. While this is not the hotel's fault, a heads up from the hotel would have been nice about traveling to and from Milan central. We were stranded in Milan on the first day, we called the hotel and they told us to try and get an Uber. The uber was 144 euros which we reluctantly paid. The car never showed up so we called back the hotel and they stopped answering our phone calls. Once we finally arrived at the hotel, feeling confident we knew the route to and from the hotel, we double-checked with the hotel, and unfortunately, we were not made aware of when the last bus is. On our second day, we were stranded in Milan again. Luckily we met two other people at the last subway station who had also done the Wowcher holiday and they managed to get in touch with the hotel to arrange a private taxi back to the hotel. As there was a strike going on at the time, the fare was 55 euros from Rho subway station to the hotel, which is roughly a 10/15 minute drive. Again this is not the hotel's fault but it is something to be aware of. Another thing to be aware of when using the subway is that the tickets are only valid for 90 minutes, and there are plain-clothed officers waiting in the subway stations to catch people out. So make sure you always have a ticket with enough time left on it to get all the way back to the hotel. Breakfast We were allocated this Hotel from Wowcher, and we were told to pay £40 for the bed and breakfast, which was fine until we realised we couldn't get breakfast on the 2nd day as we had to leave the hotel at 4 am. Essentially meaning we paid £40 for one breakfast between the two of us. We have had no joy in getting a refund for the second day's breakfast from the hotel which is the primary reason for leaving a review. The hotel in my opinion is perfect for people who do not want to spend evenings in Milan or who have a car. If neither of these applies to you, I would highly recommend looking for a hotel closer to the center of Milan.

Motel en la zona rural , muy cómodo para aparcar gratis el coche, con recepción siempre abierta y rápida en realizar las operaciones de registro en la llegada.Camera amplia y lógicamente comunicante con el pasillo que va hacia la sala Desayuno. Desayuno rica en dulce y salado y fruta fresca y un excelente café y excelentes bebidas calientes . Habitaciones insonorizadas. Televisor de pantalla amplia con muchos programas. Una agradable experiencia . Personal amable y agradable. Es el verdadero Motel de diseño americano, por lo que cada habitación debe tener frente a un estacionamiento gratuito para su auto

En un viaje de trans Alpes, necesitamos un lugar para pasar la noche cerca de Milán. Esta es una nueva propiedad moderna con excelentes instalaciones. Disfrutamos de la piscina al aire libre y también tuvimos una excelente cena en el restaurante al aire libre. El hotel dispone de un parque de estacionamiento en una base con grandes espacios para coches y acceso a la vida desde aquí a todos los pisos (Euro 10 extra para el estacionamiento subterráneo) pero lo merece. La habitación es muy buena, pero no es muy buena.
