La habitación era muy agradable y limpia, la cama estaba cómoda y la comida era excelente. Disfrutamos de la piscina y de las instalaciones deportivas como el badminton interior, el ping pong. Las habitaciones estaban muy bien equipadas y así fue la habitación de los niños. Altamente recomendado para reuniones, Retirarse y conferencias. El personal estaba caliente y útil. Un buen lugar para familias también si usted quiere un tiempo tranquilo de relajación.

¡Tenemos una estancia fabulosa en el Patrimonio Raya como parte de nuestra luna de miel en Tailandia! We traveled there with a fear that the hotel may not be as nice as the other Four Seasons hotels we have visited in the past. But we got there and got amazed of how the hotel is. The hotel is built around a lake. On a side of the lake there are sone rice plantation. The rooms are all around the lake and the plantation but hidden in a beautiful forest and gardens very well maintained. The hotel has, nearby the lake, an activities area including rice planting, pink buffalo bathing, pottery learning, etc. It makes you feel like you are living in a small thai village, in the middle of the nature (ok… luxury village in a luxury nature… ). The room is a “Four Seasons” room with a plus for the outside pavilion, high up from the ground and accesuble from the room through a bridge. All for the two of us to enjoy a drink and a cigar after the dinner right in the middle of the nature (luxury forest as previously mentioned…). So, you may see similar rooms in other hotels but domains as in the Four Seasons hotels you definately won find easily elsewhere. Even the pools were built by using green ceramic, so everywhere you look it is green. So relaxing for the eyes! Overall, it is hard to find the right words to describe the feelings this hotel gives you. If you are a traveler, you should not miss the Four Seasons Chiang Mai.

¡Adoro este hotel, nuevo, limpio, de tamaño medio, 3 de nosotros nos quedamos en una buena habitación de historia doble! It’s only 5-10 mins drive from the city and they offer a great spread for hotel breakfast & my favorite is the mini cafe which they open every morning, even if it’s just to serve 2-3 guests with latte or American coffee options. ¡Debe decir que realmente ponen el corazón en el trabajo que hacen! Cada personal que trabaja a mano para ofrecer un gran servicio.

This was our third time at Mae Sa valley. It is such a special place. We travel extensively and I consider this to be one of the most beautiful spots in the world. It had not changed a bit in 5 years, maybe perhaps the gardens got more beautiful. The setting: The gardens here are looked after so well. There are several gardeners at work the whole time. The view is breath-taking and stunning with a fast flowing river at the bottom. The manageress, Ai, is very good at her job, speaks amazing English (which is not a given in Thailand) and is very intuitive. Last time we stayed in one of the cheaper rooms up the top which had the advantage of an amazing view over the whole valley. The rooms are a bit basic but you get what you pay for. We upgraded to what they call a suite this time and it was amazing. I cannot describe the attention to detail (murals on the walls, door handles in animal shapes etc.) I discovered something new every time I looked. Next time we will go for the suite suite! These rooms are closer to the river which is nice but the river is loud. It is quite well insulated in the bedroom so you don't hear it. The area: There is surprisingly a lot in the way of tourist attractions here (botanic gardens with canopy walks, insect farm, elephant farm) but not much in the way of restaurants. Bring snacks. Of course, this is not for everyone. If you are mobility impaired this will not work for you as too many steps. As you are in nature there are a lot of insects and it is humid and you get a damp smell from the river. Also, breakfast is very basic (but the view makes up for it!) All said, this place is special and has to be seen.

What I like
If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy a peaceful moment, this place is considered to be one of them. With full facilities served in the middle of the mountain, you can pretty much enjoy nature and feel comfortable at the same time. The breakfast was awesome for those who would like to try Asian food. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was not easy to access for the fortravelers who don't have cars because the place is on the mountain. However, you could try to ask the hotel for the service, if they have.
What I think could be improved
When I entered the room, there was no tissue in the toilet and no tea bag at the minibar. But maybe they have many customers to serve on that day.

UUsuario anónimoEl ambiente general es muy bueno. Es raro que Tailandia tenga la sensación de vivir en Japón. El desayuno también es muy rico. Hay todo lo que puedes comer. Hay múltiples áreas de aguas termales. Tiene privado y público, pero nuestra propia habitación de hotel. Hay un baño de aguas termales, pero gotea. Esto es lo único decepcionante.

I booked it for family trip, we called the Grab to send us to there so that we can check in and drop the bags first. I must to say, the way to get to the homestay was quite thrilling cause the last section of the way were rugged mountain road, luckily the driver was expertly to send us there safely.
After we settled down and want to go out to Mon Jam for sightseeing, there were no car to pick us up through Grab cause we were too far away from town. Although the host had help us to ask for the ride, there was no reply too. Even if yes, it cost around 400-500 THB which was very expensive tho. So we were stuck in the homestay to having the peace and silence. Luckily we can still order food from the host when we feeling hungry, having the meal with the mountain view and BBQ+hotpot for dinner were also some good experiences here.
Actually the place was quite good and the host was very nice, I’m sure there would be a good place to stay if you are not concerned about the location and looking for some peaceful stay. But I would strongly recommend you to rent a car, motorbike or even a driver, just in case you want to go somewhere else for sightseeing. Or you can go to play or sightseeing before going to the homestay, it’s all up to you😉

Sólo en el fondo no había acompañamientos alrededor después del atardecer. Así que asegúrese de tener comida extra para aquellos que necesitan cenar. También, estar preparado para vivir con algunos insectos o aves que volaron de la naturaleza.
Nos encantaba mirar al verde y respirar en el aire fresco natural, que no podemos tener en la ciudad.
Recomendación muy recomendada para aquellos que buscan tal experiencia

UUsuario invitadoLa dueña nos dio mucha ayuda, los camareros y las camareras eran muy buenos, nos resolvíamos los problemas y nos sentimos muy amables de venir aquí. En el pueblo de vacaciones, navegamos en el lago pequeño, fuimos a una playa artificial, rodeada de pantalones, En el mercado cercano. Si regresamos a la ciudad, también se puede organizar un taxi para el destino en Tapeymen. ¡Pasamos tres noches felizes aquí, ¡recomendamos aquí!

Proud Phu Fah was neat to stay at, but difficult for exploring Chiang Mai. We enjoyed feeling like we were staying in the jungle, and the room was clean and well-kept. There were three breakfast options, including one American breakfast, and the staff at the restaurant were especially pleasant. We were glad to have access to a pool, although it was a little chilly, even with pretty warm weather. In hindsight, we should have stayed closer to the city since we wanted to spend most of our time exploring Chiang Mai. There was a hotel driver available for an extra cost (1000 baht for a 1-way trip) who was very kind and flexible with our desires to go to the city. Once in the city, we had an easy time finding a Grab (like Uber) driver back to the hotel for a smaller cost. However, being about an hour away from the Old Town part of the city made for longer days. Overall, Proud Phu Fah would be a great place to stay if you are looking to hang out at the hotel most of the time! If you are wanting to explore Chiang Mai and go on excursions to an elephant sanctuary, the sticky waterfall, or Doi Inthanon, you're probably better off staying in the city instead!

BBae-wangStarting with high tea set included. Amazing views and weather. There are alot of homestay along the mountain . But only a few are on the list so choose this one . But still a good choice . Good toilet and hot shower attached. Direct sunlight so a bit hot after 8am. It would be the best if they could provide reclining chair instead of the short stool so that we could enjoy more of the scenery.

Exterior and interior are Morocco style (but little bit aged). Shower tap were separated by cold and hot water (especially hot water, i luv it). The most impressive is I was forgot my laptop at the hotel, but the owner and staff were eager to discover it everything they can and finally they found it ❤️❤️❤️. Love this place and surely back to here again.
