Valoraciones de Mandarin Oriental Macau

Después de cambiar del Four Seasons Macau al Mandarin Oriental, sentí que la calidad bajó tanto en servicio e instalaciones como en ubicación. El desayuno era muy básico, poco variado y el comedor pequeño. El personal prefería comunicarse en inglés. Conseguir un taxi en la puerta del hotel era muy difícil. En general, sentí que era un hotel sin calidez, ya que mi vuelo era a las 17:40, pero logré negociar un late check-out hasta las 14:00. Un aplauso para el chico de recepción, que me dio un rayo de esperanza.

La habitación era espaciosa, con instalaciones interiores refinadas y bien pensadas, incluyendo un adaptador de corriente. El colchón y las almohadas eran muy cómodos, y la ropa de cama se sentía mucho mejor que el satén de algodón de otros hoteles. La ubicación es excelente, ya sea disfrutando de las vistas al mar desde la habitación o bajando a la playa para sentir la brisa marina, todo es maravilloso. El transporte es conveniente, ya que está justo al lado del MGM y se puede llegar en el autobús lanzadera del MGM después de cruzar la frontera. En esta ocasión, mi viaje fue rápido y no tuve tiempo de disfrutarlo a fondo, pero aun así pude sentir la tranquilidad y serenidad que este lugar ofrece, a diferencia de otros hoteles que carecen de ella debido a sus lugares de entretenimiento (incluso el aroma del vestíbulo es mucho más sutil y elegante que el de otros hoteles y casinos). La próxima vez que venga a Macao, definitivamente volveré a alojarme aquí. Quisiera agradecer especialmente al apuesto caballero de recepción (lo siento mucho, olvidé su nombre) que nos atendió la mañana del 28 de enero. Su servicio fue muy atento y detallado. Al ver que viajábamos con un niño, nos ofreció un ascenso a una habitación con vistas al mar y nos obsequió con fruta, zumo y pequeños aperitivos. El niño se sintió muy valorado y feliz, e incluso escribió una nota de agradecimiento.

The staffs are very polite. The hotel offers a good service and great value. What a wonderful view !

Everything was perfect. Service is top notch. I travel a lot and have stayed in fair amount of hotels, and the service at MO Macau is unbeatable. From check in to housekeeping, in room dining, the bar and concierge, everyone goes the extra mile to make sure your request is fulfilled and exceeded. The breakfast however was not hot enough. Had 3 meals and the only complain I have is with the scramble eggs. Otherwise perfect and will definitely be back.

Very first time in Mandarin oriental and service was superb

Had a wonderful stay. We were impressed at how welcoming and helpful all the hotel staff were, at all times. My wife and I was celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary there and we like to send a special thank you to Michelle Liew, who went out of her way to make our stay there a very memorable one. Another staff, Andy Shi, was always ready to assist us with tips and suggestions on making sure we got the most of our trip in Macau. He is a great credit to the hotel and the Mandarin Oriental brand. Highly recommend this Hotel.

The room is cozy, unfortunately it's freezing cool, and the staff is indifferent and inconsiderate to help, overall, good hotel, but disappointing service, not worth the money.

Excellent amenities. More than sufficient water.  Housekeeping - not only does the usual but helps to arrange your cables. Thoughtful in the way things are done.  Lots of attention given to us at the breakfast at level 2 and ground floor. Excellent selection of Buffett and ala cart items.  Beautiful views too.

Sevices are extremely good, location is not bad, but the room is getting old.
