Hotel service was exceptional, flowers were prepared for our anniversary celebration. Hotel room and swimming pool were modern and clean. Highly recommend this hotel. One minor flaw was the pillow were too soft.

We had a wonderful birthday staycation at Morpheus. The design, facilities and the service was top-notch. A bit pricey but definitely worth the price. Highly recommended 🙌🏼

Generous room size, exceptional design and workmanship, yet convenient for the user. Mattress and pillow are a little too soft. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel! We were lucky to have the room with an unblocked view! It’s a shame that the swimming pool was closed for maintenance but I would definitely come back!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Morpheus. The hotel is visually stunning, both inside and outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they made our stay feel extra special because it was my husband's birthday and our (belated) wedding anniversary as well. I actually made a note about my husband's birthday on my hotel booking (via Trip.com) 2 months prior, I was thinking I'll just make the note and maybe the hotel can do something about it closer to the time, or not at all... So I was surprised that the hotel directly responded to that note within a couple of hours of my booking. When we checked in, they presented us with a glass of warm tea for each of us. Then they gave us a key card with our names and 'Happy Anniversary' printed on it, and another key card with 'Happy Birthday (husband's name)' - which we could keep after check out. We were escorted to our room by Samuel who kindly showed us how to operate all the tech in our room and what was chargeable and complimentary in the minibar. They decorated our room with birthday balloons, a bouquet of fresh flowers, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. There was also a handwritten card from the hotel manager (Donna Lee). Room service staff came shortly after with a complimentary birthday cake. House Keeping staff also came in the early evening for turndown service and gifted us with 2 small bottles of room fragrance. In the evening we had a nice light snack and drinks at the hotel restaurant/bar L'Attitude. And then in the morning we ordered breakfast in our room and the kind Room service staff had set up our table for us in fine dining restaurant style within minutes. Our only negative comment is that the gym doesn't open until 10am, which is pretty late for a hotel gym especially when the hotel check out time is 11am. But the staff were still able to let my husband in to use the gym earlier, it's just unfortunate that the sauna and steam room wasn't operating yet at that hour so he couldn't enjoy the full facilities. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world and I have probably only ever written a few online reviews. But I was compelled to leave a review for the Morpheus because it was truly impressive in many aspects and I highly recommend it. In hindsight, everything that I have mentioned should be expected from a 5 star hotel, but it's the hotel staff that pays attention to the small details and exceeds your expectations that sets them above and apart from the other hotels. We will no doubt stay there again in the future and we will be looking forward to it =)

I had a wonderful stay at the Morpheus, the architectural and interior design was extraordinary. The futuristic feeling on the space was balanced with the natural light during the day, and lighting at night was beautiful. The service was excellent, all staffs were friendly and helpful, special thanks for the front operation staff Samuel who gave me a brief tour of the building. I had a great time and will definitely stay at the Morpheus again.

Gd facilities, staff and food, worth it

The hotel's sleek design, impeccable service, and luxurious amenities (except for the hand soap bar) exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and stylish, with stunning views of the city. High tech room controls using the tablet. Charging cables provided for your devices. Less than a min distance to COD casino from the hotel lobby.

My stay at the newly opened City of Dream Morpheus Macau was impressive in many ways. The hotel’s futuristic design is striking, with a grand lobby that feels like a glimpse into the future. The spacious rooms are a standout, featuring an advanced tech system that lets you control lighting, climate, and window shades effortlessly—truly elevating the guest experience. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who personally escorted us to our room, making us feel welcomed and valued. Their professionalism and warmth were top-notch. However, I was disappointed to find that the gym room wasn’t open 24 hours. For a hotel with such cutting-edge amenities, this felt like a surprising oversight, especially for guests with varied schedules. Overall, City of Dream Morpheus Macau offers a blend of innovative design, high-tech comfort, and excellent hospitality, but the limited gym hours were a letdown. Still a great choice for a modern, memorable stay, though I hope they extend gym access in the future.
