¡Vaya, qué hotel tan maravilloso! Desde el momento en que entramos al edificio, nos atendió un personal de servicio amable y competente. Estábamos celebrando nuestro aniversario, por lo que el hotel preparó algunas decoraciones y vino en la habitación, así como un espacio mejorado. La vista era fantástica, el spa y la piscina relajantes y la bañera de la habitación muy lujosa. El único problema menor que tuvimos fue cuando pedimos comida. No hay robots, por lo que tuvimos que tomar dos ascensores hasta la planta baja para recoger nuestra comida para llevar. Todos los hoteles de Shenzhen tienen robots que llevan las entregas a tu habitación. En general, ¡una experiencia excepcional!

3rd time staying at Altira and they never failed to grant my simple request 🥰 Thank you for the mini congratulations cake, complimentary mini bar and fruit platter and room design. 💜 Lift lobby at 38th floor reception area smells great! Will definitely stay again. 🥰

Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff who made check-in effortless. The lobby’s elegant design set the tone for a high-end experience. My room was spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking panoramic views of Macau’s skyline and bridges. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing restful sleep after busy days exploring the city. The room amenities, including a large flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, luxury toiletries, and a well-stocked minibar, added to the comfort. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel’s restaurants. The cuisine was exquisite, with a perfect blend of flavors and impeccable presentation. The restaurant breakfast also featured a wide variety of international and local dishes, catering to all tastes. The hotel’s spa was a sanctuary of relaxation, offering soothing treatments that complemented the luxurious ambiance. Superb experience in this hotel.   First impression to arrive this hotel is very far and not convenient.  It took us two different shuttle bus to arrive.  Once we checked in with the non- smoking room, the central air-conditioning is not that well filter out the cigarette smell from elsewhere.   The staffs from the hotel are very enthusiastically sort out the way to settle our concerns and leave us a very memorable night of the stay.

We love staying at Altira Hotel the place is nice and clean there are nerby malls and restaurants plus the staff are very friendly and accommodating not to mention their rooms are huge 😊 will definitely be back again for our future trips to Macao.

We had a memorable stay at Altira, so good we are considering to repay visits from time to time. We were so lucky that that night was 元宵 and we watch the nice fireworks from our room with nothing obstructing the show. We were celebrating birthday, the room was nicely decorated with courtesy fresh fruit. At night a delicious cake was delivered to our room with cutlery. The bath tub is super huge and comfy to use (you may want to release water sooner). All things you need they have it for you, including face cream & etc., in good quality. Special thanks to Terry, our customer manager who greeted us warmly when we arrived. He recommended meal places i. the hotel and introduced where we could get more food and stuffs in the neighbourhood. We are very happy about the service.

It’s was really wonderful experience to stay at Altira. Thank you Tracy wei who understand the purpose behind the booking and provide simple decoration welcome fruit and yummy cake. Staff really polite and helpful. Thank you to reception counter staff Alisa and Linda for smooth check in and check out. They gave us valuable information about property and ask for water when arrived at counter. View from the room is very nice. Bathroom is so big. Soft drinks are free from the minibar. Definitely will book again and recommend to my friends who wanna celebrate near future any party. Thank you the staff who gave us ice cube multiple time. Just request if possible keep big size of ice bucket to avoid staff and guest time.

The hotel is at a great location which have food all around the hotel at all hours. have bus service to other hotel to walk around as well
