Muy recomendable, hemos pasado una estancia realmente agradable. El hotel se encuentra a las afueras de la ciudad, pero se encuentra muy bien comunicado, en 15 minutos llegas al centro en bus. Desayuno abundante y de buena calidad.

El hotel es muy bonito y las habitaciones son cómodas. El sofá cama también es muy cómodo y adecuado para una habitación de cinco personas, se pueden conectar dos habitaciones. El parking del hotel es un bar de oxígeno forestal.

Extremadamente decepcionado con el servicio inexistente. Reserva de habitación superior por 2 noches. Para mí es una habitación estándar. Estuvimos fuera todo el día y, a nuestro regreso, no limpiaron la habitación. Cuando informo del problema, alguien me envía 2 horas después y simplemente me trae 2 toallas. Desayuno (que cuesta 21 € de todos modos) una bolsa para llevar a la habitación, muy escasamente abastecida y poco interesante (¡totalmente indigna de los videos que se muestran en una pantalla frente a los ascensores! Piscina inaccesible, mientras que cuando llamé el día anterior, me dijeron que tendremos que reservar cuando lleguemos y que hay mucha disponibilidad. ¡Indigno de un Hilton! Nunca visto !

Excellent property located at elevation overlooking the valley is pleasant place to relax and rejuvenate. The staff are very cooperative and helpful.

Excellent excellent stay! We were a family of 4 who stayed in 2 queen rooms at the 18th floor for 2 nights, and let me say I only have great things to say about this hotel. First, the location was no problem for us as public transport is free and the bus dropped us about 3-4 mins walk from the hotel; it is about 30 mins to the main city but the bus is regular and we didn't have any problems. Second, the rooms were really big and clean. The toilets even better and they had a bathtub which is rare. The front desk staff was so nice; I didn't catch their name but we were offered cookies as soon as we checked in at the reception and they were always so kind and helpful. The swimming pool was open and we went in the evening to try out the pool and there were only 2 other people and it was nice to have a quick dip in the pool (we did get lost trying to find it but you just need to go through the gym to the bathroom to access the swimming area!) Next, the breakfast was delicious especially the eggs yum and wide variety of food/drinks. We are doing a Europe trip and by far, this has been the best hotel we have stayed in our whole lives! Highly recommend everyone to book with this hotel if you are having doubts.

Neat and clean property. Good location as the bus stop is right outside the property.

The first thing that you will notice is the age of the hotel. The lift says that it’s built in 1985, and the hotel has not moved on since then. From the carpet to the chairs and the bed, it screams 1980s. Location is far from the city, but there are busses 5 mins away that will take you to the centre. Great staff as always in hiltons!

Better to have warm swimming pool. The sauna was not working!

Not in the middle of the city but it’s ubicate in a quite and good position, it’s good the connection by bus for the center. Good service in hotel , there is a pool , gym and good restaurant. I invited my parents to stay here for a week and they are good at it.

The reception and service desk are extremely busy and do not pick up at all. It is very difficult to get anything unless you go down n speak to them in person

The room is way too darker than shown on the photo. The Balcony is overhanging and blocks all the light. No acesse to the Balcony.

My family and I had a pleasant stay at Double Tree Hilton Hotel. All of the personnel are very kind, polite, and friendly, especially the reception staff and the restaurant staff. Hospitality was very good. The hotel is a cozy, calm, and beautiful place.
