La habitación era muy agradable y cómoda. El espectáculo de nuestra estadía fue el desayuno, simple pero completo, y con una gran vibración gracias a la Sra. Katia :) Definitivamente volvería la próxima vez que estoy en Lugano.

Nos recogió un chofer desde la estación del tren (15min sin tráfico), él muy cordial y nos dió buenos tips para pasar un lindo fin de semana en Lugano. Buena ubicación en primera linea frente al lago lugano, la atencion en la Recepcion muy cordial, nos entregaron un ticket para usar el BUS gratuitamente durante toda nuestra estadía, tambien un ticket para descuento para subir al Mirador de San Salvatore... Ubicado a cinco minutos caminando del centro histórico de la ciudad. Las habitaciones cómodas y espaciosas, tomamos con balcon vistas al lago y nos recibieron con una botella de champagna (incluida), aseo diariamente, con batas y pantunflas, el minibar con botellas de agua incluida (solo ello) Con una terraza muy amplia y con vista al lago, muy buena atencion, no dejamos de ir cada noche a disfrutar de musica con DJ y tambien el dia q disfrutamos de la piscina tomamos un coctel... En el Desayuno en otra terraza con vista parcial al lago (por los arboles), buena atencion, no habia buffet, no sé si sería por el problema del CoronaVirus o quizas ese es su estilo, igual solicitas al mesero lo q deseas pedir, pero haz tu pedido en el mismo momento de lo contrario para q el mesero retorne nuevamente tomará algo de tiempo. La Piscina amplia, limpia y en orden; con un Jackusy al lado, y la vista del lago y atencion del Bar en la Terraza... Hotel Recomendable!!!

Tuvimos la fortuna que mi esposa ganó una noche en este fabuloso hotel y ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. Fuimos con nuestros niños (5 años y 3 meses) y fue la decisión correcta, la pasamos genial. La decoración de la habitación es muy sobria y delicada, el verdadero estilo 5 estrellas. Una vista espectacular con una terraza súper amplia. También decidimos cenar en el restaurante Le Relais y quedamos encantados. Desde el servicio hasta la calidad de los platos debo decir que fue perfecto, resalto el empeño que demostró el personal de sala por hacernos sentir cómodos y complacer a nuestro hijo. La relación calidad-precio es increíble y la próxima vez que tenga una noche libre con mi esposa sin duda iremos a cenar allí. Mención especial para el personal de la recepción que fue súper especial y a la señorita que nos atendió en el desayuno, también allí, perfecto todo.

El hotel está bien. El cuarto es todavía relativamente grande, adecuado para viajes familiares, no hay muchas variedades de desayuno, pero el sabor es bueno. La piscina del hotel es adecuada para niños. El lago en la puerta del hotel es muy bonito, el paisaje es muy bueno y la salida es muy cómoda. La única desventaja es que aquí está más lejos de las famosas atracciones de Suiza, y Greenewa e Intracan son aún más bonitas.

Check in was easy, really nice receptionist, room was super clean, I had like 5 towels. Sopa and body wash was provided, at lwast 5 sockets, really nice and comfy room.

La alojamiento es excelente en todas las áreas. Lo único que nos ha molestado un poco al principio es la recepción no servida. La entrada en línea, pero ha funcionado muy bien. Podemos entrar en la habitación a las 1400 en lugar de a las 1500. Como queríamos camas separadas, y sólo habían en la categoría superior, simplemente ”revisado”, simplemente top. También la cama adicional para nuestra hija de 5 años era muy cómoda. Todo era muy limpio y la limpieza diaria era Super. Estamos y estabamos simplemente entusiasmados. Estamos seguros de volver. Muchas gracias por su agradable recepción.

Hotel moderno y agradable en buena ubicación con grandes vistas al Lago di Lugano. El personal era profesional, experimentado y super amigable. El desayuno siempre fue bueno con mucha elección. Seguramente nos quedaremos de nuevo en el Grand Hotel Campione!

Well..... where do I start, this is one of the most breath taking places I have ever visited in the world. I booked this for my daughters 30th birthday it was her choice to go to Switzerland, neither of us had visited this part of the world before and it far exceeded our expectations. It took a plane, train and a taxi to get us to the hotel so a bit of a journey but sooooooo worth it. We flew to Milan, took a train to Lugano and got a cab up to the hotel. Tip catch the 444 bus from the train station, it so much cheaper than a cab and the bus drops you right outside the hotel, we used the bus every time after that to go down to the town. The hotel itself is stunning, the views are amazing, you have to see them to believe the photos do not capture the utter beauty of this place. You will also notice the peace, all you can hear is birdsong, it is absolute heaven. The hotel staff are amazing, they could not be more helpful. We has lots of questions and time and again they helped even printing bus time tables and giving us maps and tips. We had a welcome prosecco on arrival and then went to find our room. WOW! and what a room We had been upgraded from a garden room to a room with a view of the lake and a wrap around balcony. My daughter opened the balcony door and almost burst with excitement, it was amazing. We had a twin room which was large and super bathroom and even the view from the loo. The room was clean and comfortable, there is a safe, fridge and kettle. You are provided with robes, slippers and even a bag to pop your bits in when using the spa. This hotel has thought of everything. I could write a 10,000 word review on this hotel there is so much to say. The infinity pool is warm and you lean your elbows up on the side and just stare at that view. There is an amazing indoor pool which you can swim into from the outside pool through automatic doors. Tip give the sensors a little wave and the doors open quicker. We had two treatments in the Dot spa a massage on one day and a facial on the other, both fabulous and the staff in the spa are great. Breakfast was included in our room rate and had so much choice. We eat in the restaurant for lunch a dinner but also had room service and dinner on our balcony which was lovely and a little bit cheaper to. The view every where are fantastic, it takes 30 minute to get up the mountain so you are very high. There is a little airport way below and we loved watching the planes take off over the lake and we were still way above them. We took a walk through the Algra mountain one morning and whilst it is challenging (its very steep) it is so beautiful and worth the climb. I could say so much more but I think you should just go and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed you will come away feeling on top of the world. My daughter loved it so much she is going to return with her husband for their 10th wedding anniversary. Thank you so much Kurhaus we had the best time.

La habitación era bastante normal, aunque cómoda, y el resto era perfecto. Y la comida de la noche fue un gran momento para nosotros para el placer. Los gustos perfectos, la selección de vinos tan perfecta, y un servicio excelente, que combina la gentilidad, la competencia y el profesionalismo, con el toque de buen humor y la gentilidad del sur. Y la recepción y el desayuno nos gusta mucho también.

I first wrote a review on this lovely little hotel in autumn 2021 and remarked that we would return to the hotel if ever in the region again. Fate has it that we have been back to and through the Ticino region of Switzerland again every year since and have returned to the Hotel La Tureta a further five times. This speaks for itself, I believe. La Tureta obviously suits us very well, the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the hotel, comfort of the beds and good food at their restaurant. No frills, but very appealing. We have made a point of planning our route to be able to stay at La Tureta, the only drawback being that we have never had the opportunity to stay longer than one day/night, much to our regret. But we will continue to return and recommend this delightful hotel to anyone in the Bellinzona region.
