This hotel was terrible, the hot tub was cold, the phone is not working, there is no water that is free, the pool had lots of bugs in and around it, the water in the shower is barely warm, the workout area has 3 things and only one of them barley work. The Wi-Fi barley works, the temperature room in the pool area looks like there’s things that I haven’t heard of living in there. I do not recommend this hotel.

I'm a Choice Privledge member and stay about 20 plus times a year around the country. This location charges a $100 per stay pet charge. I didn't know that at booking, it was hidden in the details. The same chain, Quality Inn, across the parking lot, charges $10 per night. Since my reservation was not cancelable or refundable, I got stuck with a $100 charge. I won't ever stay here again. So sad people value money over customer service.

This place is excellent from customer service to housekeeping an maintenance. The beds are really comfy. The decor is relaxing, front fest is friendly an every expectation is met. We will be staying here again!!! The price was reasonable since it was a Texas wide event. I reserved my room a year in advance. Loved the big walk in shower
