The hotel is splendid with a lovely old world ambience the staff was very courteous and helpful the food was fabulous. Would strongly recommend it. Made our stay in lucknow very easy. The quality of products in the room and the breakfast was superior to any five star hospital. Would definitely visit the place one more and would recommend to friends and family

The ambience was very nice Samar was a very good host and placed the food very nicely Sunil sir showed a great dining experience and would really recommend it to everyone Really tasty food I had , green Thai curry with jasmine rice . Taste was terrific

Impeccable housekeeping services at this hotel! The room was consistently spotless, and the attention to detail truly made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Kudos to the diligent housekeeping staff i would like to mentain the name Ms Anamika for their outstanding work!".

I went to Ajrak restaurant of Saraka Hotel yesterday, the food here was very good, the test was also very good or the staff is very good behavior also everything was very good. I especially liked Ms Lavi's behavior. She understood my problem or even helped me. She is a very helpful girl, thank you so much Ms Lavi. I tried to get back soon.

The Hotel Saraca is a great place to spend some quiet and intimate time with your partner, family, and friends. The breakfast buffet has good combination of North and South Indian items as options, the staff- especially Shubham and Ar*** who served us here- were impeccable with their politeness, professional skills of service ensuring your needs were specifically met. Thank you so much to team and staff of Saraca, you're a lovely bunch!!

Visited Asian table at Saraca and it was an amazing time esp with Armaan with his service and chef Sunil for his cuisine. The food was fantastic. Suresh’s food from their Italian section was just lip smacking
