La recepción de este hotel le da la bienvenida personalmente y se mantiene en contacto con usted a través de WhatsApp. Una primera experiencia para mí. El personal está muy bien capacitado y agradable. Si reserva con anticipación, el hotel ofrece desayuno de cortesía. Lo único fue que un cubo de hielo costaba 30,000 rupias, lo cual era innecesario en mi opinión. Busque Fanta para proporcionar ⛴ servicio de recogida. ¡Un hotel de visita obligada cuando visite Batam!

Muy básico para este hotel. No hay acceso en ascensor desde el KTV del sótano hasta el vestíbulo. En cuanto a las habitaciones, en general son buenas y limpias. El desayuno se sirve con comida fría. Opciones limitadas para la comida.

El desayuno es bueno para makan y los shaffs son amables y serviciales, buenos para estadías, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1/2 BNI

La habitación es grande, limpia y cómoda.

No window and given room next to lift . Always noisy when lift is in operation. Requested to change no other avaiable room. Not going to stay next time

Cleanliness was acceptable as it was quite an old hotel, we were happy with it. The room was spacious too. Location around the hotel was good as they had a car pickup lobby, easy for Grab services, especially if it's raining. Service and amenities from the hotel was okay, basic amenities were provided.

Not a very good hotel for me for cleanliness and hygience wise but for the price paid it is acceptable and overall i enjoy my stay especially with their complimentart breakfast. The only issue i face for throughout my 3 day stay is the faulty shower that it spill everywhere without a focus and enough water pressure that cause my shower my dirty cause i am a person who prefer to shower very detail clean but with this faulty rain shower it took me quite a long time to 100%clean myself plus water spill every where when you on the shower cause me to have a hard time properly clean myself after i shampoo my hair. The pillow cover sheet also never change that has previous guest smell. Also the basin tap water also faulty causing water spill everywhere. The towel is the worse part, i never see such a white towel washed till it is grey black in color and it smell like a yeast mouldy smell that i suspect do they even put detergent to wash the towel. The most scary part is the bottle shampoo and body foam they provided added alot of liquid in it not sure why is it so watery instead foamy....however i have stay so many run down and worse hotel in my life which i consider this is still better than thailand hat yai i have stayed. The hotel staff's attitude has cover up all the faulty and imperfection problem making my stay happy and content. And i think hotel is very considerate provided knowing their imperfection, they didn't charge a crazy high amount like thailand and singapore which i think is why i like this hotel. I read the review some have complain the breakfast buffet but in my opinion, the hotel SERVE A GREAT TASTE FOR THE FOOD THAN MALAYSIA, YOU GUYS MUST TRY. ALSO THE STAFF GREETED ME GOOD MORNING AFTER I FINISH MY BREAKFAST WHICH IS SOMETHING I NEVER ENCOUNTER IN ALL MY ASIA TRIPS THAT BRIGHTEN UP MY DAY AFTER I MEET A SUPER BAD SPOREAN/MALAYSIAN GUEST IN MY BREAKFAST TIME GOSSIPING ABOUT ME WHERE MY MOOD WAS SO DOWN BUT I WAS IMMEDIATELY CHEER UP BY THE WARM STAFF IN BLUE SILVER UNIFORM SMILING AND GREETED AT ME. INDONESIA STAFF ARE KIND AND WELL MANNER, WHICH I WILL STILL CHOOSE THIS HOTEL IF I HAPPEN TO COME AGAIN. THANK YOU VERY MUCH for the hospitality. The hotel only problem is that they need to renovate the old faulty facility and towel linen cleaniless, the rest they really 4 star service. I quite regret i didn't go for all my daily complimentary breakfast except the last day which i missed so manu good food. DO TRY OUT AT BEVERLY BATAM HOTEL, IF YOU ARE A BUDGET TRAVELLER OR COUPLES, THEY ARE AWESOME.

Good, nice, friendly staffs, relatively close to Nagoya Thamrin. 5th floor and swimming pool under construction. Hopefully ready on our next visit.
