the hotel is on good location room is nice and clean  staff are nice but not everyone can speak english atleast basic but i will still book here again when we go back to luang prabang and will recommend to friends and families becausa the location is really great

Chaotic hotel management , owned by a China-Laos JV., without any idea of what is hospitality service ; leaving junior and untrained staff , responding to inevitable mounting customers complaints, without any direction nor guidance. Room is dirty , dark , humid and highly uncomfortable . What a shame; despite its best location,  being a former royal family residence , en face  the royal palace . A clear textbook example of how a prime property could be wasted by incompetency .

The hotel is in the best location! night market is 1 minute away, Mekong River is 1 minute away, and the morning market is literally 30 seconds away.

Booked a room with Trip.com almost 1 month before the stay. When I checked in, the staff informed me that the room was full. I asked for a refund but they refunded the money. I contacted them but they didn't read or reply. Very bad

Great location just ＜5min from the mekong river where there are dozens of cafes and restaurants and you can sip a cocktail during sunset. Clean and safe. Our room didn't have windows / natural light. Air-conditioning is loud and blasts cold air directly on the bed, if you're not bothered by white noise 👌🏼

位置和環境都很好的酒店，比住新酒店更有感覺，出門就是早市和夜市，對面就是皇宮和博物館，離河邊很近，挨着寺廟，早上出門就可以看到佈施，換錢和租摩託車的地方也很近，鬧中取靜，院子裏吃早餐也很舒服，前台還有一個北京來的哥們，很親切，值得推薦的酒店

立地は良いです。 ナイトマーケットの近く、メコン川も徒歩ですぐ行けます。 博物館の隣なので、朝は観光客で少しうるさかった。 朝食は、クロワッサンが美味しかった🥐 クリーニングの受付も対応してくれます。

位置是處在非常方便的地方，離普西山、大皇宮、夜市、早市、佈施的地方都很近，走幾步就到，吃飯也很方便。酒店的兩張大床適合帶小朋友的家庭，一樓的房間有點黑，酒店的早餐按人頭點餐，麪包雞蛋和粉

設施：老式古典造型有點特色，房間挺大 衞生：衞生整潔，本來擔心有蚊子，還不錯沒有蚊蟲，應該是安裝紗窗 環境：交通便利，離普西山、王宮都不遠，早市就在門口，還有佈施活動也在附近 服務：可英文交流，但不會中文

非常差。一、硬件差。六百多的房間，衹相當於國內一百多的招待所。房間一股衞生間的臭味，開窗通氣有蚊子，不開窗臭味更重。沒有熱水，洗澡是個問題。隔音差，其他客人的聲音，特別是外面摩託車的聲音，半夜裡能吵醒人。二、服務差。入住的時候，床單被套應該是沒有換（見圖），否則不可能有這麼長的頭髮，也沒看到剛換上去的床單被套該有的明顯摺痕。床上有尿騷味，想了半天，應該是有小孩尿過床吧，衹能這樣解釋。唯一的好處，是地段好。不過到了這裏，發現幾乎有一般的房子是住宿，地段好不是奇貨可居的賣點。

วันที่เข้าพักโรงแรมน้ำประปาไม่ไหล และได้แจ้งกับเราว่านำ้จะมาราวๆ 2 ทุ่ม ให้ถังน้ำ 10 ลิตรมาอาบไปก่อน เรากับเพื่อนก็ออกไปเที่ยวพอกลับมากะว่าจะได้อาบน้ำเย็นๆ ที่ไหนได้ พนักงานฟร้อนแจ้งว่าน้ำไม่มา และจะไม่มาอีกราว 20 วัน (ร้องเหี้ยดังมาก) สรุปคืนนั้นและเช้ารุ่งขึ้นเราต้องอาบน้ำถัง ที่ทางรร.ยกมาให้ ไม่มีการแจ้งล่วงหน้า ไม่มีส่วนลด ไม่คืนเงินใดๆทั้งสิ้น จริงๆอยู่หลวงพระบาง 3 คืน มาคืนแรกแจ๊กพ็อตเลยจ้า รุ่งขึ้นย้ายโรงแรมด่วน!!!
