Boutique hotel tres agréable , Nam le manager est aux petits soins et fait tout son possible pour satisfaire les clients les plus exigeants . L’hôtel est tres bien placé , à 5 minutes à pieds du night market . Tres propre il saura satisfaire les plus maniaques comme moi. A tres bientôt lors d’un prochain séjour au Laos

Amazing stay, made extra special by the owner (man working). We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend or return. We were welcomed at the hotel with a fruit smoothie and fresh fruit, which was a lovely welcoming. The hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance to the night markets, shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel is lovely and clean. Rooms very spacious, separate shower room to toilet. The rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels, water and toilet roll. The hotel provided free refill water, tea and coffee. The breakfast was served with fruit and your choice of freshly cooked meal. Tea/coffee/water/milkshakes/fruit juice. The man working (think his name is Nam) was AMAZING. He was so friendly, helpful, lovely and welcoming. He helped in everything possible to make our stay fantastic, doing Laundry, booking our trips and taxis. Thank you very much.

We arrived a day early as a result of a fault of our own and were accommodated without any problem or issue. The man on front of house could not have been any nicer or more accommodating. He organised our transport and trips for us at a rate lower than anything we could find online. Room was spacious, clean and modern. Beds were a little firm but this is actually to my preference. Breakfast is made fresh and served promptly. Would certainly recommend staying here.

Pretty descent little hotel tugged in a quiet quarter through an alley way. I stayed in the deluxe room with a balcony facing the pond. The room is clean and well maintained. It’s fairly quiet from noise outside but can hear your neighbours coming in and out of their rooms with doors opening and shutting. But overall it’s not a big problem. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful and attended to my requests. That always makes a big difference. Brekkie was simple but enough to keep me going walking around town. I enjoyed pretty much all the options they have. There were some mozzies at times as the place is by a large pond, just go to the Dara supermarket next street to get a bug spray then you are all set. Location is good. About 10 minute stroll to the night market and the Main Street. It’s a good option for the price range.

We stayed here as a family for 4 nights and it was fantastic value. The staff were really friendly and we all enjoyed the breakfast- we went for the fluffy banana pancakes every morning and they came with a plate of fresh fruit (banana, pineapple and dragon fruit) and some delicious Lao coffee. The villa is located 5 minutes from the night market and a 10- 15 minute walk from the Mekong. You walk down a safely lit alley to get to the villa or you can enter via Villa Oasis. The family room was clean and comfortable with a king size bed and 2 singles. The beds have the firmer style mattress, but we prefer them. We made good use of the balcony. I'd definitely recommend this for families on a budget.
