El hotel con peores condiciones de alojamiento y menor relación calidad-precio durante los 13 días de este viaje fue una casa de madera de dos pisos ubicada al costado de la carretera. El ruido de los vehículos era fuerte, el equipamiento de la habitación era simple y anticuado. , la bañera estaba sucia y terrible, y solo había una toma de corriente. La otra tuvo que sacar la cama de debajo de la cama para usarla. La habitación era pequeña y me sentí deprimente. pero no pude cancelar la reserva, así que tuve que esperar. Sólo me culpo por apresurarme demasiado al realizar el pedido. Se sugiere cambiarle el nombre a "Antiguo y sencillo hotel de Luang Prabang" como un nombre más apropiado.

The worst I’ve ever experienced in my whole life and totally disappointed by the management refusing a refund when we were obliged to leave the hotel after the first night in an unhealthy room (see pictures), including old dirty water stuck in the bathtubs which didn’t permit us to take a shower after long hours traveling, nor the next morning. We were told another room would be allocated the next day but at 3pm afternoon still saying that they don’t know where others customers were to give us another room … we didn’t understand at all how customers can disappear hours after checkout (if it was true) so we moved out because we wanted to shower and have a room! The worst is that we’ve paid and hotel doesn’t want to refund anything and should I add, manager didn’t dare to show up to meet us for explanation and long ignored trip.com calls / emails! You can be lucky there or totally unlucky! You can judge with the pictures by yourself why we left and why we can the room was unhealthy (and far from what it looks on the picture).

Good location in the middle of the center. At sunset you can see the monks passing by from the room. Great experience!

Staff didn’t speak good English and also weren’t very helpful. Other than that, the location is amazing. It is across from where they do storytelling night and alms giving happens right in front of your door. Don’t opt for breakfast, we did and when we went for breakfast they only had 1 option available (out of the 8 they advertise), there’s good options around for breakfast.

This home-style hotel is located 5 minutes walk to Sakkaline and 10 minutes walk to Mekong river. Everywhere is close, complete facilities, comfortable beds. There is a unique stone-style bath up and all made of wood. There is a balcony where you can sit while looking out. The receptionist is friendly and the breakfast has been determined in western style. In front of and around the inn there are many places to eat that are delicious and cheap. The hotel is right at the corner of the crossroads. In the morning in front of the hotel you can give alms for the monks. I really like to stay here.

Everything was perfect. Had an early check-in and all the staff are helpful and friendly. Quiet area in the center

The room is really good. The only issue is that the front door is very difficult to lock. I'm trying hard to lock it, and it really needs to be fixed immediately. About the staff, I understand they are new and may not have much knowledge about local information or have received adequate training. I asked the staff about the prices of tours and public transportation in the evening, but the actual prices I was aware of seem to have increased, which makes me feel unsafe about spending money there. Overall, it's a really good stay.

An authentic place in Luang Prabang with large rooms, comfortable beds. I especially enjoyed the balcony. Easy walking distance to night market, Riverside.

A lovely rustic hotel in the center. Very close to the Mekong River and town center. Many restaurants around. 5 minutes walk to the lovely night market. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The interior design is very traditional. The staff are friendly. Highly recommend

No umbrella to lend to guests in Rainny season. Female local staff showing no effort to help when asked. Owner is Chinese, lack of service mind for the business, only enjoy his own gang for smoking and drinking beers. They are just a group of investors who do not know how to run the hospitality business.

It was a decent hotel for its price. It is nice balcony to relaxl when it rains.
