Fernhill Motor Lodge ★★★★
"This is still a very good option for those like us needing close proximity to the ferry. It was clean (apart from the glassware needing re-washing) and everything worked as it should. Unfortunately, the pricing has increased quite a lot since our last stay and was the most expensive of all the places we stayed at in the North Island over the 3 weeks. Still, we'll probably stay again."
The Sebel Wellington Lower Hutt ★★★★
"Liked the room with a great view, very clean and new. Breakfast was pretty poor, mostly carbs and boiled eggs. Would have liked to see something more for $25. At least a few options for cooking eggs."
Champers Motor Inn ★★★
"I love the space and peaceful environment"
Motel 22 ★★★
Boulcott Lodge ★★★
"The room is so good every thing is fine but expect the wifi connection is really bad. Slow sometimes is not working that the problem but everything is so perfect thanks alot🥰"
BKs Premier Motel Esplanade ★★★★★
"Limpieza con vista al mar, grande"
Wellington Top 10 Holiday Park ★★★★
"It's a great place to stay a night before taking the ferry. However, I was a little embarrassed because the fire emergency bell rang in the early morning for no reason and there was no one to contact. After about 30 minutes, a staff member came and the problem was resolved."
Silverstream Retreat ★★★
"A very, very good accommodation experience, first-class environment, really New Zealand. We had a small episode on the day of accommodation. Because of the cruise ship, we could not arrive until midnight. We could only contact the hotel to help arrange the room. When we arrived, the lights in the room were on, so we found our room at a glance, and the air conditioner in the room was turned on in advance. It was really thoughtful and touching. I decided that I would stay here whenever I go to Wellington in the future, and I would not choose any other place."
